It’s Roon Time, Baby
Hi friends ๐ How are you? Hope youโre having a wonderful day so far <3
I started mine off with a product call and a BodyPump class with a friend. BodyPump is pretty much rocking my world, cheesy music and singing instructors aside ๐ I push myself way harder during BP than when I do weights on my own.
Post-workout snack:
They were a little on the burned side, but I covered it up with almond butter and a splash of prickly pear syrup from the farmerโs market ๐
This afternoon was filled with errands and to-dos, then I decided stinky Bella needed a date with the bathtub.
My madre bought these for Bellย – Paul Mitchellโs new line for pets.
Bella loved it!
She smells like sweet oatmeal now ๐
(So sassy)
Guess what time it is?

I’m going to reach my happy weight by 27th birthday in June!
In 2011, I will become “heart” healthy! Heart Disease runs in my family and I want to use this year to get in the best shape (inside and out) that I can. I want to learn the right way to eat and exercise! It’s my year and I’m gonna shine!! ๐
I 2011 will run three half-marathons in San Diego and complete them by August 21st!
Every summer I pass up sundresses and tank tops because I’m self-conscious about my arms…but not this year. I’m going to tone up so I can finally wear a sexy dress on my June 17th birthday! Looking forward to some helpful work-outs, fitness tips and WMOWs!!!
I will train for and run my first half marathon in April!
My goal is to have visible muscle definition by the end of 2011. I work out too hard not to!
My goal is to win macaroons…..
Or another goal is to quit drinking so much soda. Been off for 1 week and counting.
I will be stronger by March! (I got Insanity for Christmas!!) and signed up for a couple of evening exercise classes. I will also drink more water (that’s not a deadline goal, it’s an all-year goal!)
In 2011 I will complete 5 5K races! I will also work on ending any and all “Fat Talk” Especially focusing on training myself to recognize when negative self-talk begins to creep in and turn off that switch! ๐

My goal this year is to get my kids, all 3 boys, to stop ewwing at the veggies on their plate. I want to make healthier meals with less canned and boxed foods. I will get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (or below!) within 6 months of my baby being born.
I want to lose atleast 50 pounds by January 2011… I have about 100 pounds to lose and I want to work on my health this year. So far this year I’ve been sick so I haven’t had much time to do anything workout wise!
I obviously meant January 2012! 50 pounds in a month might be a bit much!
I will run 1,500+ miles (unless I get seriously injured) by December 31, 2011! I will also run a 5k in less than 22:30 by December 31, 2011.
My goal this year is to be able to run. I don’t know why I still can’t do that properly. *sigh*

I will open up my very own sweet shop/cafe, hopefully in the next few years!
my goal is to accept my body for what it is.. and not stress SO much if i miss a workout or decide to eat too much chocolate. I want to appreciate it everyday and stop judging it all the time, my body that is!
I will run two marathons this year: one in May and one in October.
My goal is to continue eating healthy and to be hot by the time my husband returns from deployment in April/May ๐

I will make more of an effort to call and get together with my out-of-town friends and family more often – time always seems to slip away from me, which is no excuse!!
In 2011 I will run my first half marathon in August ๐
I will rid myself of the negative self talk about my body
My goal for this first semester is to do well on my grad school classes. I took two classes last semester and along with being a mom, wife, cook and everything else that married life (+ child) entails my semester was one of the busiest in my life. I did really well on my classes though, so this semester I am trying 3 classes and my goal is to finish all three and do well on them too! I know it won’t be easy, but I am prepared and having done well last semester has given me a lot of courage and strength to face all that is to come my way this year in school! I truly learned that it is never late to learn or start something new, even if you are 31!
Ana
I will be able to bump up my weights during BodyPump by March 2011!
I resolve to buy your book and make your macaroons by the next day!!!
Just kidding (kinda). I resolve to learn how to bake a fabulous loaf of sourdough bread by the end of the year, but I hope it doesn’t take that long to make a good one.
