It’s Roon Time, Baby

Hi friends ๐Ÿ™‚ How are you? Hope youโ€™re having a wonderful day so far <3

I started mine off with a product call and a BodyPump class with a friend. BodyPump is pretty much rocking my world, cheesy music and singing instructors aside ๐Ÿ™‚ I push myself way harder during BP than when I do weights on my own.

Post-workout snack:

pancakes

Perfect protein pancakes!

They were a little on the burned side, but I covered it up with almond butter and a splash of prickly pear syrup from the farmerโ€™s market ๐Ÿ˜‰

syrup

This afternoon was filled with errands and to-dos, then I decided stinky Bella needed a date with the bathtub.

My madre bought these for Bellย  – Paul Mitchellโ€™s new line for pets.

shampoo

Bella loved it!

She smells like sweet oatmeal now ๐Ÿ™‚

(So sassy)

Guess what time it is?

Deliver a healthy baby girl, due next Friday, and spend everyday devoted to ensuring that she is an empowered, self confident and cultured member of our community with a healthy relationship with food and her own skin.

I understand that these are lofty goals for her for her first year, but it is never too early to build a solid foundation. As her role model I know that I need to embody each of these principals as well, so it will be a good project for us to work on together ๐Ÿ™‚
