It’s Roon Time, Baby

Hi friends ๐Ÿ™‚ How are you? Hope youโ€™re having a wonderful day so far <3

I started mine off with a product call and a BodyPump class with a friend. BodyPump is pretty much rocking my world, cheesy music and singing instructors aside ๐Ÿ™‚ I push myself way harder during BP than when I do weights on my own.

Post-workout snack:

They were a little on the burned side, but I covered it up with almond butter and a splash of prickly pear syrup from the farmerโ€™s market ๐Ÿ˜‰

This afternoon was filled with errands and to-dos, then I decided stinky Bella needed a date with the bathtub.

My madre bought these for Bellย  – Paul Mitchellโ€™s new line for pets.

    A good friend of mine was just diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, so I would like to participate in a run for MS, or a cycle for MS fundraiser to help raise money to find a cure for this disease. I would like to do one by the end of this year, but also for years to come!

    I will also bring a date to my best friend’s wedding in December. That requires finding (and keeping) a boyfriend. There. It’s out there.

    My goal for 2011 is to pursue the activities, people, and things that bring balance to my life. The kind of balance and peace you feel after a challenging yoga class but I want to carry it with me. I want to be motivated to do things not out of fear or necessity but to embrace the things that challenge me. Instead of fearing the changes I will allow myself to adapt/grow from them.

    Now that I turned 24 last month I decided that my 2011 goal was to start wearing sunscreen everyday since I never, ever wear it and my dad recently had some skin cancer removed ๐Ÿ™ Also it is cliche but I would like to lose 10 pounds by my wedding in July! I plan on stepping up my workouts intensity and getting more protein!
