It’s Roon Time, Baby
Hi friends ๐ How are you? Hope youโre having a wonderful day so far <3
I started mine off with a product call and a BodyPump class with a friend. BodyPump is pretty much rocking my world, cheesy music and singing instructors aside ๐ I push myself way harder during BP than when I do weights on my own.
Post-workout snack:
They were a little on the burned side, but I covered it up with almond butter and a splash of prickly pear syrup from the farmerโs market ๐
This afternoon was filled with errands and to-dos, then I decided stinky Bella needed a date with the bathtub.
My madre bought these for Bellย – Paul Mitchellโs new line for pets.
Bella loved it!
She smells like sweet oatmeal now ๐

A good friend of mine was just diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, so I would like to participate in a run for MS, or a cycle for MS fundraiser to help raise money to find a cure for this disease. I would like to do one by the end of this year, but also for years to come!

I will find happiness this year. Last year I let life pass me by and this year I’m determined to live my life actively and find what fulfills me.
My goal for 2011 is to pursue the activities, people, and things that bring balance to my life. The kind of balance and peace you feel after a challenging yoga class but I want to carry it with me. I want to be motivated to do things not out of fear or necessity but to embrace the things that challenge me. Instead of fearing the changes I will allow myself to adapt/grow from them.
Goal #1: Learn to make your macaroons so I can finally try some by the end of the 1st qtr 2011! LOLOL…seriously, though, get my garage cleaned and organized before March 1, 2011.
I will stop comparing myself to others and instead be thankful for what (and who) I have in my life!

Now that I turned 24 last month I decided that my 2011 goal was to start wearing sunscreen everyday since I never, ever wear it and my dad recently had some skin cancer removed ๐ Also it is cliche but I would like to lose 10 pounds by my wedding in July! I plan on stepping up my workouts intensity and getting more protein!
I will finish my degree in communication by my birthday (august 9th). I have nine classes left, but if I push myself it is totally possible. And would be a great accomplishment.
