Moving with Plan B

Hiiiiii 🙂 How are you?? Thank you for all of the lovely compliments on the new ‘do. It’s fun to change things up every now and again.

I’m late bloggin’ this morning – it’s moving day!

and just because it’s my life, a little change of plans….

I went in to move into my townhouse today and they had rented it to someone else! Even though I’d paid my deposit and signed the paperwork, someone working there made a mistake and double-booked it. Nice, right?

The good news is that two of my friends that I’ve known since high school told me last night that they were looking for a roommate for their house, and BOOM. Everything works out for a reason, eh? Now I have two amazing roomies who love the puppers, vegan cooking and Broadway musicals. Life es bueno.

They even love this cheesesteak-eating people-food-hungry beggar….

For the record, eggless nog tastes RIDICULOUS on top of protein oats.

I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free oats, 1 scoop of Sun Warrior (promo info at the end of this post!), almond milk, a blob of almond butter and a hefty drizzle of eggless nog. I die.

Another glorious combo that many of you have been trying:
