Savory Vitamix Recipes + a giveaway!

I’ve had a long-term love affair with my Vitamix. It was one of my very first exciting blog gifts, and I’ve used it almost every day since. I even ended up taking it with me on my honeymoon! (Maybe I should be embarrassed that I traveled with a giant blender, but nope. I own it.) I can confidently say it’s my favorite and most-often-used kitchen appliance.

Of course, when you think of Vitamix, what’s the first thing to come to mind?

Smoothies.

My current blender can’t seem to liquefy kale very well. There are always little pieces left that get stuck in my throat…blech. I’d love to use the Vitamix to make a coconut kale smoothie so that I could enjoy it without choking! šŸ™‚
