Savory Vitamix Recipes + a giveaway!

I’ve had a long-term love affair with my Vitamix. It was one of my very first exciting blog gifts, and I’ve used it almost every day since. I even ended up taking it with me on my honeymoon! (Maybe I should be embarrassed that I traveled with a giant blender, but nope. I own it.) I can confidently say it’s my favorite and most-often-used kitchen appliance.

Of course, when you think of Vitamix, what’s the first thing to come to mind?

Smoothies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 28 oz can of whole, peeled tomatoes, drained

  4. Serve with your favorite chips, or keep on hand for a wonderful omelet, sweet potato or chicken topping.
