    So happy for you and your beautiful family. Congratulations! Beautiful baby and luv her name! I adore your blog. I have your book and I have had great success with your advice and recipes. I don’t post or do social media stuff as I am late to this tech game (60 ish)… But I would luv to see in the future advice on the post menopause woman and working out.
