A Dilemma [Giveaway Time]

Hi friends! Howโ€™s your morning going? The weekend is in sight!

lilly

(LOVE love lilies)

Sorry to those of ya who wanted a better shot of my shoes yesterday! Iโ€™m new at posting fashion-y stuff, so I appreciate your feedbackโ€ฆ Iโ€™m a work in progress ๐Ÿ˜‰ Here ya go:

shoes

So, I wasnโ€™t quite sure what I was going to blog about today.

Itโ€™s been challenging to get back in the routine after being away, and Iโ€™ve been munching omelets for dinner.

omelet omelet

So delicious, so easy.

After last nightโ€™s omelet, I got inspiredโ€ฆ

lemon

and made some Meyer Lemon Lavender Macaroons ๐Ÿ™‚

Theyโ€™re just like my classic blonde macaroons, with refreshing, sweet citrus, and a fragrant lavender aroma.

roons

But the thing is, there are way too many of them.

roons (2)

My roomies and I could eat them all, but that would be no fun ๐Ÿ˜‰

Want some?

Just leave a comment with your spring fitness goal and Iโ€™ll be happy to send some along to one lucky winner. Iโ€™ll choose the future roon-holder tomorrow (Friday) am when I wake up ๐Ÿ™‚ [Everyone can enter- one of my last giveaway winners was in England!]

Off to work I go. See ya this afternoon! <3

xoxo

My spring goal is to scale back on running. I’ve recently returned to running after having recovered from an injury and, as is my tendency, I get a lil’ too crazy with it. I want to be more balanced on the fitness front this spring.

  11. Jenn on March 3, 2011 at 3:15 pm

My spring fitness goal is to tone up even more than losing weight. I just turned 40, and I want to keep looking like I’m still in my 30s! Also, I hope to running another marathon this fall, so I’d better keep up on the running!
    Thanks!

  12. Kaytee on March 3, 2011 at 3:17 pm

Thanks for the detailed shoe picture- those sandals are adorable!

My spring goal is to establish a strength training plan I can do on my own. I do most (ahem, all) of my strength training in a group fitness setting, so I’m sort of lost when I need to work out on my own & usually stick to cardio. I’ll probably be checking out the Winter Shape Up workouts for inspiration!

Dear Gina, my goal is for my arms to look good enough to go sleeveless this spring and summer one more time. I’m working hard at it with weights and yoga. I’m probably your oldest reader as I’ll be 60 this June. I’ve been reading your blog for about nine months and feel like you are my other daughter (mine is a junior in college). Also our son lives in Phoenix so I loved it when you went back to Tuscon. I’m vegan so I enjoy your recipes – can’t quite keep up with your exercises! I’ve been meaning to write for awhile just to tell you what cuties you and your husband are. My best to you, Pam.
