A Dilemma [Giveaway Time]
Hi friends! How’s your morning going? The weekend is in sight!
(LOVE love lilies)
Sorry to those of ya who wanted a better shot of my shoes yesterday! I’m new at posting fashion-y stuff, so I appreciate your feedback… I’m a work in progress 😉 Here ya go:
So, I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to blog about today.
It’s been challenging to get back in the routine after being away, and I’ve been munching omelets for dinner.
So delicious, so easy.
After last night’s omelet, I got inspired…
and made some Meyer Lemon Lavender Macaroons 🙂
They’re just like my classic blonde macaroons, with refreshing, sweet citrus, and a fragrant lavender aroma.
But the thing is, there are way too many of them.
My roomies and I could eat them all, but that would be no fun 😉
Want some?
Just leave a comment with your spring fitness goal and I’ll be happy to send some along to one lucky winner. I’ll choose the future roon-holder tomorrow (Friday) am when I wake up 🙂 [Everyone can enter- one of my last giveaway winners was in England!]
Off to work I go. See ya this afternoon! <3
xoxo
Gina

My Spring fitness goal is to complete the Couch 2 5K program. Started 2 days ago!
My spring fitness goal is to include yoga once a week and work out more consistently (at least 3-4 times a week). I’m already at 2 days this week!! And the macaroons looks AMAZINGGGG!!
my spring fitness goal is to go to yoga once a week to supplement my running–sometimes I forget to honor my body and thank it for all it does for me!
My spring fitness goal is to branch out and do something different. I think that will be looking for a good yoga class and running with my 9 year old daughter – she is amazing and killer (as in killing her mother) in sprints!
My goal is to train for my second half marathon!
My spring goal is to be fit, happy and healthy for my wedding in April! No diets, just mentally and physically healthy and happy 🙂
My spring fitness goal is to really tone my body.
I am also training to walk 60 miles over 3 days in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for a Cure this July – so since I am a runner, I am going to have to alter my training to be sure I will be able to walk the 60 miles!
My goal is to beat my Cherry Blossom Ten Miler time from last year (one month left to train) !
Spring Fitness Goal : Bodyweight Pull Ups! (it’s actually my 2011 fitness goal, but am SOOOO close…)
My spring fitness goal is to lose the few el bees I found over the winter along with running my first ever race on the 20th (A 10K).
My spring fitness goal is to incorporate more new strength building exercises into my daily workouts. Lemon and lavender– so refreshing!

My Spring Fitness Goal is to run a 1/2 marathon in March and then another one in May!! 🙂
Those omelets are so perfect! And the shoes…so cute. 😉
My spring fitness goal is to lose three pounds. On my way!
My spring fitness goal is to do a bit more cardio. I did a lot of rock climbing, so I gained a lot more muscle in my shoulders than I would have liked.
my fitness goal is to get really toned for the summer!
For spring, I’m planning to run outdoors at least 3x a week AND to volunteer at least once a week because kids make me happy!!!
Those sandals are super cute! My spring fitness goal is to improve my body composition (increase LBM and decrease body fat). I would love, love, LOVE to try those macaroons!!! They look so delicious!!!
My ULTIMATE spring goal is to continue to increase my mileage and run a half marathon this summer, but my shin splints might derail that. In that case, my goal will be to run a sub-30 minute 5K, outdoors, pain free. SO excited about it! 😀
This spring I’m going to start my ultramarathon training for my race in October! Yikes.
It’s also totally coincidental that last night I made vegan lavender snicker-doodles. -love-
My goal is to get to a healthy weight!
I’d really like to do a half marathon this summer. I better start figuring out a plan and finding a race!
My goal Is to finally be able to do handstand push-ups and deadlift 200lbs:)
Yummy Macaroons
To run 5 miles in an hour. As someone who is new to being healthy it’s something I’ve been working on for a while. 85 pounds down!
Fitness goal is to be in the best shape possible before more wedding and then come back from our honeymoon and not take a break. I just want to jump back into the routine I have established.
Spring goal: get in fighting shape for my first half ironman!
Oh Spring FEVA,
Hotter than that teeny bopper Justin Beiber,
Please let me run my first 5k race.
Don’t let my 2011 goals blow up in my face.
But sunny sun, sunny sun
Help a sister out.
I need winter gone, to end this cold drought.
The rays needs to peek out, the rays need to shine-o.
Otherwise I cannot stretch my cold legs, so so albin-o.
your comment made my day
My springtime fitness goal is to start working out again. I had to stop working out again during this pregnancy. After the baby’s born we’ll start going for walks 3 times a week again and then when my abs have healed enough I plan to start lifting 3 days a week.
spend time outside getting ready for my marathon. just taking walks and playing outside in the sun!!
My spring fitness goal is to one my tummy. I do so much arm and leg work and avoid ab workouts. Well, no more slacking.
I will be traveling a lot this Spring, so my goal is to stay active when I am out and about.
My goal is to not be asked if I’m pregnant (I’m not!) anymore. I’d also like to get ready for the Pittsburgh Half Marathon:-).
My goal this spring is to start half-marathon training! I would love some ‘roons!!
xo
I am hoping to run more miles in my 12 hour ultramarathon! I ran 60 last year and hope to run at least 65.
Is there really such a thing as too many macaroons? 🙂 My spring fitness goal is to increase my running mileage by a little bit every week so I’m doing at least one 10k a week when the warmer season hits! So far so good 🙂
Yoga, yoga & more yoga!!
I’m not even in this for the macaroons (I mean…..suuuuuure, I’d take them if I haddddd to….;)), but I thought I’d throw my fitness goal out there 🙂
Goal: find the best playground in my city and make use it to stage a really hard fitness obstacle course….then time myself, then work on getting faster over the spring.
Flat tummy through high intensity intervals, and working out with my husband consistently. (Workouts fly by faster when I have a buddy with me.)
WOW! That’s a lot of comments!!
My spring fitness goal is to increase my flexibility by doing more yoga and lose ten pounds by incorporating a wider variety of exercise into my life. Losing 10 pounds would also not suck.
Thanks for always thinking of your readers and their ‘roon needs, gina!
My goal is to maintain my focus on healthy living amidst all the turmoil and changes going on in my pesonal life 🙂
Those roons sound so refreshing!
Try to incorporate some swimming into my routine and more yoga.
My spring fitness goal? To do more interval work!
I have several trips planned this month & next so I need to make sure I do my workout thing there. Still have10 elbees left to lose & doing my kettlebell workout each day.
