{Giveaway} Dehydration Station
Hiiiiii 😀 Happy Indian Food Wednesday! How’s your day going?
I’m so glad you guys liked the video I posted last night– pretty amazeballz, huh? I also LOVED reading about your pets’ nicknames. Glad we’re not the only weirdos out there 😉
(check out that LEG sticking out! She’s so funny)
We just got back from this morning’s 30 minute walk, and also went to the dog park (DP) so Bella could chase her friends around and collapse in the dirt.
B-fast for the Pilot:
(Sourdough English muffin with sundried tomato goat cheese, organic turkey, an over easy egg on each side, and 1/2 avocado with berries)
Perfect protein pancakes for me:
BANANA SPLIT protein pancakes with a square of dark chocolate, 1/2 banana, organic strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Yes, yes, yesssssssssssssss <—-foodgasm
So I wanted to say a little “thank you” for being so lovely and supportive since the Pilot has been home, with house hunting and life in general, so I asked my friends at OpenSky if we could do a lil giveaway.
When I picked the item, I wanted it to be something I use all the time and LOVE, so it was really an easy choice.
Want a dehydrator??
I use mine almost every day to make my all-time favorite snacks and treats.
From kale chips:
Raw breads and crackers
Dried fruit, fruit leather and veggie chips
Fancy stuff like raw tarts and pastries
and of course, ROONS 😀
Here’s how to enter:
1. Enter your email in the box below to receive my OpenSky promos:
(We send out one email promo each week which features one of my favorite products, like Sun Warrior, Garlic Gold, foam rollers, raw treats, beauty products, etc. Tomorrow’s promo is for a goat’s milk soap that I’m obsessed with. We don’t spam ya with more than one email per week and the deals are always the best price you’ll find on the web)
*Current followers will be entered, too 🙂
2. Leave a comment to let me know what you’d make first in your new dehydrator!
One lucky winner will be chosen on Monday (4/11) and will also receive an email with my favorite raw recipes to get them started 🙂
I’m off to do the work thang!
Have a lovely day and I’ll see ya later with “Things I Didn’t Know About the Pilot” 😉
xoxo
Gina
Oh my gosh, I would make so many things. Probably kale chips or dried fruit first!
And I already follow you! 🙂
I would go tried and true with fruit leathers!! This is such a fantastic giveaway:)
I’d definitely make the ‘roons first! But second I’d make the kale chips. I’m so curious about how they’d taste. Everyone seems to love them! P.S. your photos make me drool!!!! Awesome breakfast for the pilot! He’s a lucky guy.
I would definitely make kale chips first! I have tried them in oven and would love to try making them in a food dehydrator. I recently got rid of my microwave and I am in the market for a food dehydrator to add to my kitchen appliances. I love the idea of eating as raw as I can!
Eggplant bacon, dried banana and kale chips! I’ve been making kale chips in the oven but something tell me the dehydrated version is much tastier!
Dried fruit strips!
I would make dried fruit and macaroons!
I would make kale chips! They are the favorite snack at our house, but making them in the oven takes my whole day.
Paleo granola. Nitrate-free, locally raised beef jerky.
Go ahead, all the veggie-heads can crucify me now. 😉
i would dry all of the lovely fruits i can get my hands on! i love fruit chips!!!
I would try and make ROONS or kale chips! Both look amazing and i’m dying to try them!
I would try the kale chips!!
I would try dehydrating every fruit/vegetable I ever came in contact with!!! Also raw baked goods, I never knewwww!!! AMAZINGGG
I’d make fruit leather!
I would make veggie chips and fruit roll-ups!
Well…I’m starting my very first garden this year and I would love to try kale chips!
Having a dehydrator would be awesome! I would use it to make fruit leathers and bring back the fruit roll-up (albeit a much healthier version).
Definitely ‘roons 😀
I would definitely use a dehydrator to make dried fruit and kale chips. Both are amazing, and I’d eat them all the time if I owned a dehydrator!
I’d try the macaroons! They look fabulous!
I would def make the kale chips – I’ve been dying to try them!!
I would try to make breakfast cookies in the dehydrator!
I would make macaroons and kale chips!!!
FUnny, from the post title I thought it was going to be a Camelback or something (I’ve been living in the Valley of the Sun too long)
Pick me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would make some sort of a raw cookie dough macaroon. Recipe to be developed when I get my new dehydrator! 😉
I’m already a champ at raw macaroons in the boring old oven on the lowest setting with the door partly open trick – but if I won I think the first thing I’d try to make is eaither raw crackers or kale chips! 😀
Ummmmmmm…………OF COURSE I want a dehydrator!!! Pick me. I am pregnant and in pain and I will need a new hobby (raw food baking) soon. Want a dehydrator SO bad, for SO long! Not in the budget though 🙁
THANKS
I’d make fruit leather 🙂 since I’m in college it’s so easy to just buy snacks to eat on the go, but this way I’d be able to make my own!
Fruit and veggie chips! I hope I win 🙂
I would make veggie chips!!
I’d definitely make raw granola…yum!
I’d make kal chips! Yum!
KALE CHIPSSSSSSSSSSSS! (Oprah voice!) hahah 😀
KALE CHIPS KALE CHIPS!!!!!!!
I would first make kale chips, because I LOVE THEM, and then probably try out some other veggies and raw desserts!
Never used a dehydrator, but I bet I would think of a ton of recipes!
OMG I want to make some roons!!! And I would love to try Kale chips too, since you speak so highly of them 🙂
Hmmm…what to make in the dehydrator?!?! I think I would try to make kale chips!
I would def be making some roons in that dehydrator. Or some banana chips!! YUM!
FRUIT LEATHER. My fiance and I have a ‘dried fruit problem’ – i.e. TJ’s is making a killing off of us.
Veggie chips and dried cherries are calling my name!
oh. my. gawsh. I would die if I won this. I would probably make some MACAROONS!!
I would try my hardest to figure out how to make your beautiful macaroons haha.
I already follow you on OpenSky!! I would make kale chips first, because it’s obviously a classic, then some kind of crackers because they’re just sooo good and I love dips!
oops forgot to say what I’d make.. Strawberry Breakfast Bars (Raw & Gluten Free)
recipe looks yummy!
oh girl i’d have to START with some kale chips!!
Dried fruit! By the way, any Friends fans out there? Dehydrators remind me of this episode with Chandler’s crazy roommate, Eddie:

I would definitely being making batches and batches of macaroons. But, I think experimenting with Kale Chips would be a lot of fun because I haven’t liked the ones I’ve bought pre-packaged 🙂
I would make the raw chocolate chip cookies in Matthew Kenney’s ‘Everyday Raw’ book. 🙂
i think i would go completely nuts with a dehydrator and would probably miss school for a couple of days cause i’d be too busy trying new things and researching recipes. the first thing i’d like to make is sweet potato chips. my husband loves them and i do too!
I would make cheezy kale chips right away! store bought are always LACKING! having a dehydrator would literally change my life and the way i eat!
