Thanks so much for all of the funny comments about my rapping skillz and for the sweet wishes about Foodbuzz festival– I’m so excited for it!
To those of you who guessed the Quinoa Confetti casserole (from Eat, Drink and Be Vegan) for last night’s dinner, you were right 🙂

I had two bowls full- love this recipe! I was definitely hangry after Dance Trance-ing it up, so this hit the spot.
This morning I had to work early, but thought I’d wake up a little earlier so I could make a fun breakfast. As deep as my relationship is with breakfast cookies and cookie dough cereal, you have to switch it up sometimes, ya know?

The only thing is, someone got a little overzealous with the pumpkin and the little beasts wouldn’t cook or flip!
Good thing I veganized them because I’m eating pancake dough blobs with maple syrup and cacao nibs right now 😉

Not just any cookies—these are from the Cravory, and from what I can tell, they’re incredible. (Maybe they’ll send me some for *review*? Baha)
I’m really, really excited about this giveaway because one of the founders of the Cravory (Derek, who also goes by “Biggie”), and I knew each other in college. We were in business school together and my room mates were friends with his group of friends. I was so excited to see via Facebook that he’d partnered up with some guys and started this business. It’s funny too because one of my good friends (a squadron wife) is cousins with another one of the founders- small world, ehh??
The idea of the Cravory is pretty ridiculous- you go in, “design” your cookie, and they make it for you. They have a beautiful variety of dough and ingredients.

Oh… my favorite cookie combo. So hard to pick! But I’d have to go with a double chocolate cookie with chocolate chips OR peanut butter chocolate chips! YUM!

My dream cookie: peanut butter, dark chocolate, oatmeal, pumpkin, peppermint. Sounds odd, but I think it could work, no? 🙂
My dream cookie combo: sweet potato pie with marshmallows! (I prefer the cakey type cookies because they’re awesome!).

my dad always makes “kitchen sink” type cookies at christmas and they’re my favorite! they usually have M&Ms, coconut, oats, pecans, and chocolate chips.

Holy wow! For me, it’s the mexican hot chocolate cookie — I’ve been tinkering with some way to get some sweet-spicy heat into a choco-chip cookie for a while now, but have been ending up with some tasty (and some not-so-tasty) flops. Awesome cookies all around!

My ultimate cookie combo would be a pumpkin (just for kicks since its fall!) and salty PB cookie dough with rich dark chocolate chunks and possibly walnuts.
I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like. That being said, the ultimate cookie creation= oatmeal + dried cherries + figs + Justin’s honey almond butter + white chocolate chunks + crushed pretzels… gotta have that sweet & salty flava with a little texture, ya know? I really like the idea of the Cravory. I see some awesome gifs for friends in the future.

I’ve been so into ginger lately! So I think my dream combo at the moment would be a ginger + fruit (peach?! pear?!) + chocolate chip cookie. Ahhh…

Oh wowsers…this sounds amazing! I’d have a chewy chocolate cookie with Reese’s cups, honey roasted peanuts, and peanut butter and butterscotch chips (can you tell I love peanut butter? ). Maybe a few toffee bits thrown in too 🙂
