How bout a roon?

Heyyyyyy ๐Ÿ˜€ How are you? Itโ€™s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโ€™s playing, haha.

After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:

Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

  42. Emily on February 3, 2011 at 11:51 pm

Oooo. I know many people can’t stand them, but I LOVE doing planks. So fun. I usually grab a book (sometimes a textbook, sometimes a novel for fun), set my intervals (by sections in textbooks or specific page increments) and get to reading and planking! Slowly building up your strength is great – I had done that for years and never thought to measure how long I could hold the plank. Now? I can hold a plank for six minutes and twelve seconds. AWESOME.

  43. Sarah on February 3, 2011 at 11:54 pm
