Shirts and Cookies
Hi guys!! How are ya this lovely Monday morning??
It’s COLD here!! Actually, it’s like 50 degrees, but it feels so beautiful outside. Fall, I lurve you so. <3
I also love….
ROONS 😀
Those are to send out to friends, but I munched one with an apple as a pre-gym snack 😉
There was a minor debate for what to do as my AM workout sesh. Yoga is kind of far and since I work a little earlier today, I couldn’t take 3 hours out of the day for yoga :/ It’s definitely a time commitment! So I think I’m going to head to the gym for a weights sesh and Latin Cardio class 🙂 It will be fun to switch things up a little.
Today, I’ll be rocking my “I blog all day” shirt, courtesy of my twinnie friends 🙂 Lori and Michelle’s sister owns a shirt company called Raw Threads, and they were so kind to bring me some shirts when we had lunch last Friday.
They also brought me some shirts for YOU 😀
The top two are breast cancer awareness shirts (the long-sleeved one has angel wings on the back!), the one on the bottom left says “Race You to the Castle” and the one on the right says “Raw” 🙂
Raw Threads recently partnered with Thriv to make the shirts out of beautiful, soft, organic fabric. (You can read my review of Thriv *here*)
All four shirts are size Medium and to *sweeten* the deal, I’ll also throw in a batch of vegan cookies of choice. Shirts and cookies are an excellent combo 🙂
How to enter:
–Leave a comment with the description of your favorite shirt– you know, the one you wear allllll the time. Mine is my “Some Like It Hot” MBody yoga tee. It’s been through a lot, but I still wear pretty often.
–Tweet “I want to win @raw_threads from @fitnessista !”
The lucky winner will be chosen tonight at midnight, EST.
Ready… set… go 🙂
xoxo,
Gina

I love my school house rock tee shirt, it is especially great because I am a teacher!
All 4 shirts are cut. The Raw shirt is my favorite.
My favorite shirt says, “Irish girls rock”. Got it at Irish Fest in Milwaukee a couple of years ago . . . I wear it every chance I get.

My favorite shirt is the 2004 Chicago Marathon cotton long sleeve – it is so soft and comfortable! It has little holes in it and slightly larger ones in the armpit, but you know what, I will wear it PROUDLY anywhere!!
I have a shirt that I grabbed out of the goodwill box my mom put together back in high school. It’s a dark blue Army shirt. It’s not that nice, it’s not that comfortable, but it reminds me of my dad. 🙂
YUMMMMMY!! I want some! 🙂
My favorite T-shirt…is a bit embarrassing. I “borrowed” it from my Best Friend in Middle School. We were both OBSESSED with the group Hanson. We would wear our Hanson t-shirts whenever we were hanging out at each others house. I didn’t have my own so I would wear one of hers. I still have it to this day. I still wear it to this day! It’s thin and faded but so comfy…and people always get a kick out of it if they see me in it 🙂 MMMBOP.
My favorite shirt is from a chain pizza shop that says” have you had a good piece lately”. I never wear it out, only to lounge and sleep!
My favorite shirt is probably an old race t-shirt from a 10-K I ran with my dad. It’s over 10 years old and has holes all over it, but I just can’t give it up!
My favorite is one I got from Hawaii with Quicksilver Crew on the back in bright colors. Such great memories of snorkeling in the crystal blue water. Thank you!!
I love a t-shirt that says “Just Married” that my hubby and I got at the resort where we got married in Jamaica in 2005. We’re about to celebrate our 5 year anniversary (at the same place we got married!) and I’m still rockin’ that shirt. I figure I can be “just married” for at least five years right? 😛
I’m gonna have to say that my all-time favorite is my blue ARIZONA shirt.. It has holes in both armpits, but I still wear it all the time. Oh well– Go Cats!!

My favorite shirt is my bright purple shirt from this past summer retreat. It reminds me of the good times, memories, and lessons learned 🙂
I love my shirt that was made for the college apartment complex I lived in. It said “Pointe West” (the name of the apartments) and then on the back was a giant picture of Will Ferrell (aka Anchorman) that said under it “We are kind of a big deal”. It’s too funny!

My favorite t-shirt is my Stand up to cancer “survior” shirt. I wear it just about every day, to remind myself that I stood up, fought and won my battle with cancer, not once but 2 times!! I am only 28 years old and wont let a little thing like cancer keep me down… 🙂
I have a long sleeve tee with a silhouette of a boxer (dog) – underneath reads “sweety”. I’m a huge boxer fan!! Love to wear it – so comfy! THX so much for offering such a fun giveaway!!

my favorite shirt is one I wear for pjs – it says “ride your bike” with a picture of a bird resting on the handlebars of a bicycle. Super comfy and just the right size!
My favorite shirt is a light purple colored one which goes with any jeans!
My favorite T-shirt would be my TYLERS Austin Texas shirt it is so comfortable and cute 🙂
My favorite t-shirt is one from a pubcrawl that I participated in last year in October. It is long sleeved and orange and says kicking kegs for kids down the arm and on the back. We raised over $2,000 by having the pubcrawl to donate to the St. Jude’s foundation! Every time I wear it, it reminds me of the kids we helped and it is super comfy too 🙂
my favorite shirt is a teal tank top that i have. there’s nothing special about it, it just fits very nicely and the color suits me well;-). i think i purchased it from the gap.
My favorite shirt I actual haven’t had very long-3 months-but it’s a favorite for sure. It’s green and says Thank God I’m Natural in pink letters. I love the shirt because I’m really insecure about my hair-stupid I know-and when my mom bought me this shirt, I finally let go of all those insecurities and started wearing my hair in its beautifully natural state!! I also like to think ‘Natural’ means healthy and chemical free-no processed foods or silicon here!
My favorite shirt is a t-shirt from my youngest daughter’s college – Northern Arizona… go Jacks! ( my middle daughter and her fiance’ graduated from NAU also ~ they all three live in Flagstaff, my favorite place to visit!)

My favorite shirt is an old college t-shirt with the school name in front. Even though I graduated 4 years ago, I still wear it. I might have to retire it to pajamas, it’s getting holes. 🙁

My favorite t-shirt is this old gray t-shit with a big peace symbol (made out of intertwined tree branches and leaves) printed on it. It is very old, way too big, and looks totally ratty – yet I wear it all time : ) I don’t really care if it makes me look like a scrub -it is so comfy!!
i bought a couple of organic shirts a long time ago, and one of them says “locally grown,” but all of the letters are spelled out in vegetables. its so adorable!
My favorite shirt is from my first marathon. My boyfriend was on det, my friends were working and my parents had just moved to st. louis so i had no one in the crowd for me. It was one of the hardest, most emotionally trying things for me to run it all by myself without any support there and I am so proud of crossing that finishing line.
I hate to say anything negative about another person’s product because I know a lot of hardwork goes into everything, but I work in fabrics and I just want to try to make people more aware, bamboo is not an organic fiber. It may have been grown organically, but it truely is a rayon fabric – which means it has been heavily processed in chemicals to get it to that soft state. Bamboo in its natural hard state is a great product, but as a fabric/fiber, it is less than perfect. In fact the government is starting to enforce its labeling process (which it doesn’t often do) so that items with bamboo will go back to being labeled as “rayon.”
Just an FYI and the shirts really are very cute! Thanks for a great blog. You are always so inspiring!
