Whatโd you do after Zumba?
Drank a boatload of chocolate coconut water
kissed the hub, the beeb and the pup,
went on a family walk
ate this AWESOME egg scramble
(eggs, arugula, turkey, that chili garlic sauce Iโm obsessed with, goat gouda- first the arugula, then the turkey and chili sauce, move the side, scramble the eggs on the other side and then mix together, top with cheese)
and made some dinner for lovebug
(baby food post on the Family page this week)
got ready for dinner and wine with the girls
did the bedtime routine with Oliv,
wrote this little blog post <3

After I teach Zumba I drink tons of water, SHOWER, and eat dinner/breakfast (depending on the day).

Shower and veg. ๐ I tasted my first coconut water the other dayโฆorganic. Tasted like a**. I had to dilute it with another drink just to finish it and not waste it. ๐

How is the Zico regular coconut water? I havenโt heard of the chocolate but I saw someone buy the regular coconut water and it sounds very yummy!

After Zumba yesterday I went to body pump and it felt amazing. This morning it feels tight and sore but in a great way so its time for yoga! Also I agree that blue dress is absolutely absolutely absolutely 500 times adorable! ๐

I canโt wait for the baby food post! I just started pureeing food for my son and I love it!
I want to do some of your tabata workouts but I know theyโre pretty intense. I am just now really getting back into working out after baby. I was pretty fit before and during but had quite an ordeal with an injury after birth. Iโm 100% better now and I feel really good about where Iโm at physically but Iโm not sure if Iโm ready for tabata. Do you have any advice on how to get myself to that point?
iโd start adding some speed surges into your regular cardio first. start to get comfortable with higher intensity before trying the tabata rounds, and you can also try lower impact versions of the exercises first to get a feel for it. it took me quite a while after giving birth before i felt really good with high intensity intervals, so be patient with yourself- your body has been through a lot!
