10/4: Friday Faves {sneak giveaway}
-My two favorite people in the world, relaxing on the hammock together.
Livi now asks me to please braid her hair most mornings. She’ll tell me if she wants a braid, Dorothy braids or a bun. I tell ya.
-Salmon tacos. We had taco night this week, and this 15-minute meal was blackened salmon with lettuce, avocado and a cumin-lime yogurt sauce on corn tortillas. I heated up some black beans to go with it and boom! Dinner was served.

(Nutella and Reese’s flavor with Reese’s, hot peanut butter and chocolate chipsโฆ)
-A new kombucha scoby! The “mother” scoby is usually only good for about 3 batches, and none of my baby scobies were strong enough, so it was time to replenish the stash. I have a giant batch of kombucha fermenting away in the pantry and am so excited to play with some holiday-esque flavors ๐

-Fall decor. As soon as this post publishes, I’m heading out to the garage to bring in all of the Halloween decorations. Scary excited ๐

Saturday swimming and sunday 10k running!!! I am pumped! :0)
i am going to yoga tomorrow!
Ha my 7 month pregnant body fitness plan this week includes working 40+ hours, chasing my toddler and getting in some good walks and yoga!
I’m going to try a short run – will be the first one after getting injured a month and a half ago….
I will be walking, love the cool mornings and a good walk to start the day.
Workout in between studying for exams… that’s the goal!
Planning on doing Jazzercise. What can I say, it’s awesome!!!
My fitness plan for the weekend is to restart my couch to 5k program and do your squat burner twice a day. Who knows, a Yoga class might happen too!

Tomorrow is a rest day for me, but hope to do a nice leisurely run outside on Sunday.

On Saturday, I am going on a hike with my boyfriend. Sunday will consist of bodypump and a short run.
I’m trying to restart my running so that’s the plan for tomorrow and some yoga.
I recently decided to buy a few new workout DVDs, partly due to the cold early mornings on the way. Solibeat hasn’t arrived yet, but a Core Fusion and kickboxing one did! I can’t wait to try both this weekend.

Just went on a walk with mom and the dog. Tomorrow is a Nike Training Club class at the gym, and Sunday will be a morning run before church and a bluegrass festival in San Francisco. ๐ Love those brightly colored shoes!
This weekend I am continuing my Turbofire DVD’s! Love them!
My fitness plan for the weekend is to walk/run uphills! I’ll be leaving to see my amazing boyfriend in Canada, and Vancouver has some serious hills! We will be walking everywhere and hiking in Lynn Canyon, rain or shine! So I will be training for it. =D
Tomorrow will be kettle bell circuits and stair stepper and Sunday will be a run day.

It’s going to be super hot here in LA this weekend thanks to the Santa Ana winds, so I’m aiming for a sweaty hike!
Tomorrow I’ll be going on a long walk to take in the beautiful scenery of Vermont. Sunday I’ll be flying to Florida for a week of training for my job. My goal is to hit the gym on Sunday night in the hotel. I’m arriving a day early and won’t have much else to do.
Training for my first half, so tomorrow is a long run day for me.
