Hi guys 😀 HAPPY FRIDAY! What are you up to this weekend??
We got into Vegas at about 1am Vegas time, which is 4am Valdizzy time. I *tried* to sleep on the plane, but airplane sleep is quite different than real sleep. Needless to say, the ol’ internal clock is a little out of whack today! Sorry I’m late posting :/
We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and couldn’t believe how Austin Powers-ish our rooms are!
Beds:

Powder room (The little black screen in the mirror is a TV)
View of the pool, which we’ll definitely be hitting up after our Insanity workout
And an apple, which I’m about to eat before we start our mission for some FOOD!

Something to talk about: Have you been to Vegas before? If so, what’s your favorite hotel?? My favorite by far, is the Bellagio. I LOVE the dancing fountains, the shops… and the gelato 😉

Been to Vegas a couple times. I love New York, New York and co-sign on the fountains at the Bellagio–best free entertainment in town.

I stayed at the Aladin once, it was insane. We got a great deal and had this CRAZY room. It had double doors opening into the bathroom… Huge beautiful windows… super swanky… Loved it!
Vegas is so much fun, I want to do a trip just for the shopping! 🙂

I’ve got to go with you on the Bellagio there. I took my first trip to Vegas this Christmas with my family (my parents LOVE that place). It’s absolutely stunning – the Chihuly ceiling in the lobby is my favorite. Unfortunately, it was too chilly to use the pool, so I am utterly jealous because it was just about the coolest pool ever. Go see the Beatles LOVE Cirque de Soleil show. My favorite thing we did by FAR.
Wow that room looks SO cool! I love the beds and thinks its hysterical that there’s a TV in the bathroom mirror. I’ve never been to Vegas but we had our conference for work in Reno, which is no where near as cool… Have a blast!!
The view from your room looks like the Flamingo pool, but your room looks WAY nicer than the one I had there a couple of weeks ago!

I was in Vegas for an educational conference a few years ago (I’d love to know who picked that location for an “educational” event!). I’m with you on the Bellagio; I think it’s so elegant.
The first time I saw the Bellagio was in Ocean’s Eleven and I remember thinking it looked kind of cheesy, but when you see the fountains in person, it’s so awesome!
The only hotel I’ve ever stayed at is Treasure Island, but I’d love to stay at the Wynn….have a great time!

I’ve been to Vegas befoe but I was really young. Hopefully we can go once we move out West this summer!
Definitely the Wynn. It’s pricey but worth it! The beds are amazzzzing and the pool, heaven!
I have never been to Vegas. My husband has and he said it is crazy…can’t wait to see what you are up to! Have fun!!!
I was in Vegas this time last year at the Mandalay Bay hotel… loved it!!! I was with some girlies who like to drink a little (ok, a ton) more than I do so I can’t say it was my kind of trip, but the hotel was totally fab. Enjoy yourself!!

I love Vegas! I’ve stayed at a few hotels but my favorite is definitely the Venetian. It’s gorgeous!!!

I love Vegas, so much in fact my fiance and I are getting married in the Caesar’s Palace Venus Garden there in October 🙂
I took my husband to Vegas for his 40th last year. We stayed at Paris and loved it!
Your room is so cool! I was in vegas last summer and we stayed in the glass pyramid hotel (gah…I can’t remember the name)! I remember going for a run and it being SO easy because the land was completely flat 😀

My husband and I had our honeymoon in vegas in august! We love it there 🙂
We stayed at the Venetian, but my all time favorite hotel on the strip was the Wynn. If you haven’t toured through it, give it a go. It’s incredibly beautiful. My hubby’s fave was the same as yours, the Bellagio. he was fond of all the fountains.
my parents are in Vegas right now too. I’m so jealous of you all. I wish I was soaking up some rays and shopping till my hearts content!
Oh p.s. there is the greatest Nordstrum’s rack in vegas. Look it up, if you have time. We used a shopping cart to haul all our stuff around the store haha, and we walked away with some incredible purchases.

OMGoodness! Those beds are super nice! I’ve been a couple of times in the blistering hot and stayed at the Bellagio and Caesars, but I would love to try the Venetian or Palazzo next! It’s a lot closer of a walk to the mall! 😛
The Venetian was my favorite but the Luxor and Ceasar’s Palace was pretty cool too.

I am jealous, I was going to go there soon for a girlfriend getaway but it all kinda fell through. Maybe in the fall!
My favorite hotel has to be the Bellagio – the garden and sculpture area is awesome. I have only stayed at the Golden Nugget, which is actually pretty nice but so far away (in Old Vegas – Fremont Street). The pool was super fun with a shark tank in the middle of it!
I’ve only been to Vegas once and stayed at the Wynn. It was in June and almost too hot to even swim. Have a wonderful trip.

I’ve been twice, and both times stayed at MGM. I’d love to stay somewhere with themed hotel rooms! I had no idea the Bellagio sold gelato or I definitely would’ve found some while I was there last month!
I love Vegas….I think I go around 4 times a year. Hubby and I like boxing fight so we go to those often. I really like the Venetian because the rooms are big! What hotel are you staying at? Did you already mention that?

Ive been to vegas about 10 times 🙂 my boyfriend lives there, so i travel back n forth. you should try to see the show KA its soooo good. most of the circus de soleil shows are good. have a good time. watch out for crazies 🙂
last time i was in vegas, i stayed at the golden nugget, which was a total throwback to when vegas began on that side of town. but now that area is totally ghetto and scaaaaaary.
however, the restaurant in golden nugget has a killer salad bar. it was delicious times.

I went to Vegas with my dad for work once. It was interesting. I ended up going out by myself after a business dinner and spent the night at Tao in the vip section with male Calvin Klein models dancing. It was an amazing evening I will never forget hahahahah! I had guts back in the day to go out alone like that!
I also shopped my little heart out. I hope you have time to shop!

Ooooh, I definitely have my favorites – but I love staying at the Venetian (the rooms are gorgeous!!); but I’m with you – I LOVE LOVE the Bellagio, it just makes feel like I’m really in Vegas 🙂

We actually used to go regularly, but sadly it’s been a few years now.
My favorite hotel we actually stayed in? The Mirage.
Favorite hotel to wander around? It’s a toughie, but I’d have to say the Venetian.
Altho I love wandering the desert shops at The Aladdin, and have wanted to stay there.
I have been to Vegas 6 times…..First off, I told my hubby NO Vegas this year, b/c we never venture out anywhere new–theres always SO much to do/ see in Vegas and it’s SUPER affordable (until we hit the casino & restaurant & clubs… yikes)
However, seeing your pics is making me WAYYYY jealous 😉
My fav place to stay is Mirage or Caesars (Caesars pool is way better, but like the size of Mirage, not too big) I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Wynn…we had lunch at the beautiful place in there overlooking the golf course, most ah-maz-ing salad ever!
I like how there’s SO much to do at Caesars, and I like the Mirage, Paris, Bellagio, Caesars part of the strip best, all the action!
