Last night, I decided to make it legit that we really live here.
{Thanks for the tips on fixing the yellow! Per your suggestions, I set a custom white balance and it worked like a charm}
Midnight macaroons are dehydrating away!
But depending on how many *disappear* over the weekend, I may have quite a few left over….
I wonder what I’ll do with the extras… 😉
Today’s lunch + snacks are packed up and ready to go:
TBLT 😀
{Tempeh bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato on brown rice bread}
Goat’s milk yogurt, a peach, wasabi seaweed snacks (can’t wait to try these)
Bfast was a smoothie + toast. Definitely feasting on carbs today because it’s going to be a longie at work!
I’m also being trained by this one guy again all day, so it should be a LaBlasty 😉

I Love the sandwich! I’ve been stuffing myself full of eggplant “bacon”, lettuce and tomato sandwiches on GF bread this summer…..MMMMM! Gotta go make one! 😀
