Todayโ€™s lunch + snacks are packed up and ready to go:

Bfast was a smoothie + toast. Definitely feasting on carbs today because itโ€™s going to be a longie at work!

Iโ€™m also being trained by this one guy again all day, so it should be a LaBlasty ๐Ÿ˜‰

    I Love the sandwich! I’ve been stuffing myself full of eggplant “bacon”, lettuce and tomato sandwiches on GF bread this summer…..MMMMM! Gotta go make one! ๐Ÿ˜€
