Don’t you love when something totally unexpected makes your day a little brighter?
(Gorgeous full moon last night! Now if only I knew how to make my camera photograph it like an actual moon instead of a dot, that’d be kinda cool)
Well, that’s what happened yesterday 🙂
First I was excited to see a package that didn’t have the Amazon smiley face on it –those tend to pop up over here pretty frequently- and then I saw “perishable food” and things got even more ridic.

Carol’s cookies, Garrett’s popcorn and a deep dish pizza. No words.
I couldn’t open the popcorn fast enough….
and put the pizza in the oven, just in time for the Pilot to get home from work.
Random acts of kindness are truly amazing, and whenever someone does something nice for me, it makes me want to share the positive energy with someone else… so I thought it would be a great day for a giveaway- it’s been a while since we’ve had one of those over here!
After reading the comments on yesterday’s YouTube fitness post, I remembered that many of you also enjoy working out at home, so I thought I’d share one of my favorite at-home workouts with a blog friend:

My favorite at home workout is Blogilates! I started following it when you featured them on your blog over the summer, and I’ve been addicted ever since! They are always challenging! I’m so glad you shared them with us!
I’ve been doing the 30-day shred, but would LOVE to try either of those!
Oh my gosh, what a sad video! I love that you use your blog to support good causes! I’d have to say that my favorite at home workout option is a mix between my Nike Training Center app workouts (obsession) and Tone It Up workouts. And I’ve been dyingggg to try Insanity for the longest time now, this couldn’t come at a more perfect time with bikini season coming so soon and my gym membership expiring! I was JUST saying how much I want Insanity! I used to do it with my crew buddies in college, and now that I’m starting an accelerated nursing program I’m going to be crazy busy, and too broke to get a gym membership for the first few months (if I had more time it would be worth it, but nursing school is going to eat my life, and why pay for something you’ll never get to use?). My favorite at-home workouts are youtube workouts (I love ZWOD), and jump rope.
omg such an amazeballs giveaway, gina!!! i love everything beachbody and have recently snagged the insanity dvds (craigslist what what!). When i purchased them i was torn between insanity and turbofire and this giveaway would give me the best of both worlds to get my rear in gear!!!
Favorite workout at home is pretty boring…running on a treadmill. With a new baby (one week old) at home I am looking for new ways to get back into shape! I would love to try the insanity program!

Awesome giveaway! Hmmm my favorite at home workout. To be honest, I have a hard time motivating myself to do workouts at home. I would LOVE to change that and find something I really love to do to get my workout at home.
I love strength training at home. We have a gym in our garage and it’s nice to work with weights without having to worry about big muscle heads in the weights room at the gym! Haha!

My current at home workout is P90x. I like that it is a different workout each day of the week. I also LOVE my treadmill.

My favorite at home workouts are Jillian Michaels’ DVDs (especially 30 day shred or No More Trouble Zones) or P90X. I also like the Kinect sports game…so fun! If I win this giveaway, I would choose Turbo Fire because it looks like a blast!
I would LOVE to try Turbofire. I’ve seen so many blogs talk about it and I’ve been dying to try it but with money tight I’ve only been able to do the FREE workout videos on Youtube! Thanks for doing this giveaway. My fingers are crossed! 🙂

I did P90X in college and I LOVED it! It would be great to try TurboFire too!!
My favorite at home work out is a collection of moves I learned from my brief stint with Crossfit. I’ll do kettlebell swings, burpees, wall ball throws, walking lunges, double-unders, and arrange them in different ways: 50x each for 3 rounds, 10x each for as many rounds in 20 minutes, etc 🙂 Nothing fancy!

I love the Zumba Fitness video game for the Wii but if I’m feeling old school, I would pop in my mom’s VHS of “Workout with Jane Fonda.”
My favorite home workout (besides walking with my sweet dog) is the Firm DVD series. I am crossing my fingers for TurboFire.
I usually just run when I’m at home, or do a yoga video on my laptop, but I’ve heard great things about Insanity and have been wanting to try it!

my home workout of choice is yoga (call me crazy entering this insanity/turbo contest), especially the yogadownload.com podcasts. i haven’t been doing them a lot lately, but this just inspired me to do one when i get home from work tonight 😉
When I’m not at the gym, I like to use Jillian’s 30 Day Shred. One day, I’d love to try TurboFire!

I love Body Rock and yoga when it comes to working out at home. I’ve never tried Insanity or Turbo Fire, but I’m dying to!

My favorite at-home (or in-dorm room) workout is the kettlebell! It’s strength training and cardio all in one! And it takes up so little space and only one piece of equipment.
Longtime lurker, first time commenter here (I feel bad commenting for the first time on a giveaway, but I never feel like I have anything interesting to say!). I actually much prefer the atmosphere of the gym than working out at home, but sometimes it’s just much more convenient to stay home. I have P90X that I do occasionally, but I find Tony Horton a bit…silly. Now Shaun T. on the other hand…:-)
I would love to try TurboFire! I run a lot on my treadmill, but when I use a DVD, it’s usually from Bob Harper’s Warrior set (and I don’t do them often enough, so I feel the burn every time!).
Billy Blanks DVDs! haha maybe that’s old school but I randomly found some of them at school and love them!

My favorite at-home workout is yoga! I also still have the old Tae Bo video tapes, lol…Billy Blanks helped me lose 40 pounds in college, so he has a special place in my heart 🙂
I do a mixture of exercises that I have learned over the years, some routines i’ve learned from different blogs and things my ex-gymnast boyfriend shows me how to do.
I like P90X, bodyrock, and my lovely treadmill! I would love to try the Insanity, my sister did it and really liked it.

Currently I do most of my cardio at the gym (treadmill/elliptical), but at home I always do free weights. I usually work out to a Jillian Michaels or Jackie Warner dvd for a little guidance 🙂 I would love to try Turbofire!
OH MY! I want the Insanity workouts so bad! What an amazing giveaway! I try to take my workouts outside (hiking, biking, skiing and snowshoeing) but after a long day at work and disappearing daylight I usually hop on the biker trainer or pop in the 30 day shred.
I borrowed Insanity from my dad and I love doing it at home when I have days off from pilates or boxing. It def is a great workout. I would love to try turbofire!

I don’t have any workout dvd’s currently but I do love to do at-home workouts I find on blogs and in magazines! Would love to try these dvd’s though!!!
