(Gorgeous full moon last night! Now if only I knew how to make my camera photograph it like an actual moon instead of a dot, that’d be kinda cool)

Well, that’s what happened yesterday 🙂

First I was excited to see a package that didn’t have the Amazon smiley face on it –those tend to pop up over here pretty frequently- and then I saw “perishable food” and things got even more ridic.

I couldn’t open the popcorn fast enough….

and put the pizza in the oven, just in time for the Pilot to get home from work.

Random acts of kindness are truly amazing, and whenever someone does something nice for me, it makes me want to share the positive energy with someone else… so I thought it would be a great day for a giveaway- it’s been a while since we’ve had one of those over here!

After reading the comments on yesterday’s YouTube fitness post, I remembered that many of you also enjoy working out at home, so I thought I’d share one of my favorite at-home workouts with a blog friend:

It makes it even harder to choose because Shaun T. is fun and verryyyy nice to look at, and Chalene is a firecracker of motivation and energy.

    i love doing yogadownload.com podcasts in my bedroom! great way to wake up and get motivated for the day or to mellow out after a crazy one. Turbofire looks like such a great time!

    My at-home options are pretty slim… I’ve done stuff that was “on-demand” on my tv before. It was good- but I’d love to try Insanity!

    My favorite at-home workout is cleaning. I know it sounds odd, but you get that feel-good feeling of having a clean house AND burning calories.

    My fave at home option is my zumba live dvd! I love the energy from the live video and ending the workout with Calypso music always puts a smile on my face 🙂

    At home I run outside, do a yogadownload.com yoga podcast (I like Dave Farmar), or do Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred. I’d love to do Insanity, though – I’ve got a strapless wedding dress to look smokin’ in!

    I don’t normally work out at home, but when I travel, I always take one of the Core Fusion DVDs with me. I’d love to try out either of these programs! I’ve heard so many good things!

    That pizza looks fantastic!

    I received Zumba DVDs for Christmas and am really enjoying that! Before that I did Jillian Michaels kickboxing – Turbofire sounds awesome – a mix of dance and kickboxing – totally up my alley! Never heard of it before! 🙂

    My favorite at home workout is Jackie Warner’s Xtreme Time Saver. If I am working out at home it is due to a time crunch and this workout gets it done in 30 minutes.

    I, too, would love Turbo Fire. I am close to finishing up Bootcamp at my gym and am ready to go back to an at-home option, but I want it to be challenging!

    My at-home workout of choice is the treadmill. It’s not as fun as running outdoors, but you can watch your favorite tv shows while working out.

    My favorite at home workout would be running the stairs up to my apartment over and over again and doing the free workouts Tone It Up offers on there youtube.

    I am desperate need of some variety 😉

    I subscribe to all of the womens health, self, runner’s world, and fitness magazines so I always try to pick out some of the more challenging workouts from the mags. I have done Insanity a few times and loved it!

    Zumba all the way!! If I have to be self motivating I need it to be fun!! SO the dance meets kickboxing sounds like a perfect fit for me!!

    I haven’t really found an at-home workout option that I love but I do like having a treadmill at home (at my… mom’s house which is a billion hours away, haha). Would love to find something that keeps my attention! Thanks Bella & Livi 😀

    Right now, my favorite at home workout is walking and the Les Mills BodyPump (at 8 months pregnant!). LOVE Bodypump!

    I love to run outside, when the weather is nice. Today, for example, was beautiful. Sunny and 65 degrees! I also like to Zumba on the Wii or DVD, when I can’t make the gym!

    Oh My!!! This may be the best give away ever! I want Insanity so bad! I currently don’t have access to much 🙁 Health problems deplete financials horribly… but if I hadn’t had the problem I wouldn’t have made such an amazing life change. I guess everything happens for a reason. For now, I walk… boring I know but at least I’m moving 🙂

    My favorite at home workout tend to come from your site. Or if my boyfriend isn’t home a good zumba session rocks… my dog usually looks at me like “mom’s gone off the reservation again…”

    I love Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred for a quick kick in the pants. It’s short, but serves as a total body workout when I’m in a pinch!

    Crossfit!!!!! The possibilities are endless, and I love that it focuses on high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements. That being said, I would love to try insanity!

    I love to pull random routines together including running up my basement stairs, jumping jacks, etc. in a circuit-style workout! Also have a small collection of Jackie Warner and Bob Harper DVDs, but would love to add Insanity to the mix! Hugs to Livi and Bella!

    My favorite at-home workout option is to do a Jillian Michaels DVD– better yet, two sections from one of her DVDs. I love the newest: Extreme Shed & Shred. It has two levels that you can combine for a total ass-kicking 75 minute workout 🙂 I also love yogadownload.com and have never been anything less than thrilled with any of their audio/video options.

    I roll out my yoga mat and do my own bootcamp! I do bootcamp-style workouts with a trainer twice a week, and I write down the exercises I like so I can kick my own butt at home. My boyfriend always laughs at my burpees and V-ups 🙂
