Well, thatโs what happened yesterday ๐
First I was excited to see a package that didnโt have the Amazon smiley face on it โthose tend to pop up over here pretty frequently- and then I saw โperishable foodโ and things got even more ridic.
A package of Chicago foodie goodies from our good friends Mara and Adam ๐
Carolโs cookies, Garrettโs popcorn and a deep dish pizza. No words.
I couldnโt open the popcorn fast enoughโฆ.
and put the pizza in the oven, just in time for the Pilot to get home from work.
Random acts of kindness are truly amazing, and whenever someone does something nice for me, it makes me want to share the positive energy with someone elseโฆ so I thought it would be a great day for a giveaway- itโs been a while since weโve had one of those over here!

I love yoga videos! Yoga download is fab- and I’d imagine with a baby on the way I’ll need a lot more at home options!!!
I’ve been working much longer hours lately and find that working out at home is the only way I’m going to fit in working out in my day! Having a new workout program for home would be awesome ๐
I’m always loved Zuzana so my favorite home workout would have to be the videos from her ZuzkaLight channel on YouTube!
My favorite at home workouts are usually just weight lifting. One day I will have a full weight set to make it more effective ๐ I would love to have an actual workout like this to do at home, since I have none! I would definitely love the Insanity workouts!!
I haven’t worked out in a looong time….more than 6 months. I’ve heard great things about Turbofire!

I am a second year medical student and LOVE being active and mixing things up, but do not always have the time. Running is always a fabulous option but it is nice to mix things up. I found that bob harpers yoga videos are super similar to the hot yoga classes I used to take. They are power flow and get your heart racing and your muscles aching. Nothing feels better then getting a great sweat out of a workout and this video is AMAZING for that. Thanks for everything, your posts have been very helpful and add a fun blast to the day ๐

I love doing yoga at home. I have a couple of DVDs and I love some of the yoga podcasts for days when I don’t feel like going to the gym.
I love switching it up between all the different options on Cable. It’s a great way to get lots of variety. I also have some great pilates DVD’s.
I love doing yoga or pilates at home as well, usually stuff from netflix or the library. It makes me feel great physically and mentally afterwards!
I love using the Nike Training Club app on my ipod. It walks you through many different workouts ranging from 15-45 minutes! LOVE ๐
I LOVEEEE working out at home to zumba videos or other dance related videos.
There’s nothing better than working up a sweat and looking like a fool in your own living room ๐
I love the Jillian Michaels videos because they’re short but still effective! I would love a more intense program though!

My favorite at home workout is using my old coffee table in my basement as a high step for some booty-blasting step aerobics!
I am a big fan of body rock and making at home circuits! That way there is never an excuse to miss a workout!
I LOVE watching the Tone It Up girl’s quick videos for at-home workouts!! They are so inspiring and fun! I also like to do a little on-Demanding on tv! (:

I usually turn on some music and do my own thing, usually because I haven’t found a video I like…. But usually I try free ones. Been meaning to try both of them though
I love doing yoga DVD’s at home, Spinervals on my spin bike, or a circuit workout with weights, jump rope and a kettle bell.

I have a soft spot for Mari Windsor Pilates, but when I want to get my sweat going I like Tracey Mallett’s Boot Camp.
Before I was brave enough to go to the gym (and I was hugely inspired by this blog!), I would do Jillian Michaels DVDs at home. Now I totally love the gym, and I quite regularly use your awesome workouts…even my husband has noticed a difference ๐
How sweet of your friends!!! I love surprises like that! I like to run on our treadmill and I try to lift weights as much as I can but we are pretty limited with space/equipment!
I love doing dance games on the Wii! It’s nice to have the option to look like a fool in the comfort of my own home ๐

My tried and true at-home workout has always been running! I don’t have any DVDs [yet ๐ ]
The only workout I do at home is use our (very old) treadmill. I’d love to try a workout DVD!
I usually am a gym rat but just had a little baby girl 9 days ago. So, I’m checking out all of the at-home workout options. I would love a chance to try either of these programs! BTW, I am addicted to your blog…I love reading that you’ve gone through some of the same struggles as I have with breastfeeding, etc.
So far my faves have been Jillians Shred and I’m doing Shaun T now… so fun, so hard!!
I’ve loved doing at home workout videos since I was little and would do the Jane Fonda workout my aunt had at her house. Lately I’ve been doing Zumba because I’m too chicken to take a class! Turbofire sounds like fun!

Thanks to you I just started doing zumba DVDs and I am loving it! I work nights am a single mom so I have to find time to work out here and there. I have had my eye on Insanity for a while now ๐ I love your blog, you are inspirational I know if you can fit in a workout even having a newborn, then so can I!
Insanity is my all time favorite, but as of yesterday I tried POP pilates and I’m loving that now!
