Summer Shape Up Week 3 giveaway- White Plum

Week 3, we’re coming after you!

I feel like I say this every time we’re in the middle of a Shape Up, but it needs to be repeated: this is the week that determines whether you will sink or swim. You’ll either decide to fizzle out, or put the same gusto you started the challenge with and power through to the finish line. (Obviously, do the latter, mm k?)     Instead of an off day today (tomorrow will be my off day), I took a modern dance class and then did workout 3 when I got home! By the end I was definitely feeling it, but I am feeling really accomplished right now!

    I have acquired a low back/hip injury. No, definitely not from SSU! But my PT has limited my exercise capabilities, so I have to modify my participation in the SSU. I am following the meal plans from Anne. For exercise today, I swam for 30 minutes. It was relaxing and refreshing!

    I got in a killer 45 minute hill workout on the treadmill. Was floating afterwards, but I always feel so good afterwards and I love being able to push myself with workouts like than for longer intervals as I progress.

    So I’ve been following the summer shape up but this is my first week jumping on board. I’m starting with week three and after shape up is over I will continue with the weeks I missed. I want to say thanks for everything you and Anne do! When life gets crazy your one of my my favorite blogs to take some time to myself and rea tod. I just want you to know that everything on this site from your posts to all the comments are some of the best motivation. Although today I was lacking in this department, I quickly read over people’s comments before doing 30 minutes on the stair master or stairs of death. Once again thanks everyone!
