Since I know many of you will be traveling next week for turkey day, I wanted to share a workout video you can do anywhere. This is a total body barre burner, and I promise it will have your legs on fiiiiire. It’s only 25 minutes long, too, so you can easily sneak it in before the festivities or in your hotel room.

    Yay, finally got to try this! I just did this as my first postpartum workout after being cleared by my doctor yesterday (did the video at my own pace, but LOVE following along!). Thank you for doing this!! I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow 🙂
