    Congratulations on reaching Episode 40, Gina! I too struggle to squeeze enough time out of my day to follow a regular workout schedule. With work, commuting, and other obligations it can just be so difficult.

    I make it harder on myself because I feel guilty if I don’t manage to train at least 3-4 times a week. I think your advice is spot on — reduce the pressure on myself and just make the most of the sessions I do have time for. I like to do compound strength exercises now and mix in some HIIT. Also, doing some workouts at home has helped me save time because the journey to the gym eats another 30 minutes of my day.
