A day full of sweets
Hey guys! Hope you’re having a wonderful day 😀 I’m actually on break right now from my first day working here at 105degrees. That’s what I haven’t told you all yet—I’ll be working here at the restaurant while I’m going to school and found out yesterday that I’ll be doing pastries. I’m working with the pastry chef (who is totally awesome) from now on 😀 Pretty sweet, eh? Literally 😉
I’ve learned a TON today about the menu, plating and kitchen etiquette and we’re just about to start making some of the goods… chocolate tart, raw ice cream, nougatine, panna cotta, the list goes on…
After a very full and crazy day, lonchi was a super delicious raw pizza
This post is a super shorty, because I just wanted to say hi and tell you what I’m up to, but I’ll be back tonight with a full re-cap and pics from the amazing dinner I had with the pilot last night.

Beautiful raw pizza, what is on it? oh, I don’t know if I could do pastries. I’d be ”taste testing” all day! Have fun!

hi. i finally tried my first larabar. IT WAS GOOD! i had been holding out for the cahew flavor but i cant find it anywhere! so i tried the apple. i thought it would have chunks of fruit in it(which i think some people would love)and so i was very doubtful.does the cherry have “chunks” in it? i hope not. who’s to lazy to chew?? michelle is!
