Hey guys! Hope you’re having a wonderful day 😀 I’m actually on break right now from my first day working here at 105degrees. That’s what I haven’t told you all yet—I’ll be working here at the restaurant while I’m going to school and found out yesterday that I’ll be doing pastries. I’m working with the pastry chef (who is totally awesome) from now on 😀 Pretty sweet, eh? Literally 😉
I’ve learned a TON today about the menu, plating and kitchen etiquette and we’re just about to start making some of the goods… chocolate tart, raw ice cream, nougatine, panna cotta, the list goes on…
After a very full and crazy day, lonchi was a super delicious raw pizza
