I feel like I say this every time we’re in the middle of a Shape Up, but it needs to be repeated: this is the week that determines whether you will sink or swim. today i went for a 45 minute walk up and down the stairs in my city and then did 5 minute plank intervals
Today I did HIITand the week 3 workout. Love it!!
On Tuesday I went for a long walk with my dog as my rest day activity.
I did a modified version of workout #3 yesterday!
love week 3 workout! didn’t do the extra cardio because the workout was enough! Whew!
Today I am going to take a class at pure barre…it is over 100 today here so I don’t know if I will do anything else!!! Would be nice to go for a walk…maybe tonight after dinner it will cool off if its not raining 🙁
Forgot to check in yesterday! I took an off day and this morning was a 45 minute hot yoga class.
Did a late night workout 3 session last night before bed!
Monday: I enjoyed a rest day…full of running around helping coordinate a meeting for volunteers.
Tuesday I did Workout 3…I didn’t think I’d like the 25 burpee buy in, but it worked great to get me warmed up!
Yesterday was a rest day (way too hot to run outside!), and today is a lift day 🙂
Just a 3 mile walk for me today.
This morning I did the Balance Power Yoga workout from the 108 Ultimate Yogi Challenge DVD set. Loved it! An hour of awesomeness. Ready to rock Wednesday!
I completed work out 3 last night with my mom and was DRIPPING in sweat! Thinking of trying a spin class tonight.
Today was a 4mi double jogging stroller run

unfortunately, i’m nursing a hip injury, so it’s another “rest” day for me (getting strength training from using crutches, though!)

I have never seen white plum’s website. There are lots of great things in there.
Did the 25 burpees, 3.5 rounds of the week 3 workout and the 3 minutes of PLANKING. I actually held my longest plank this morning…20 seconds without needing a break! 🙂
Did 2 rounds of WO3 today (though very late to the party so will loop back to weeks 1 & 2 when done!) and I felt knackered. However, also feel great because I know it’s only up for here!
did 35 minutes steady state and some ab work today!

I forgot to check in yesterday! It was supposed to be an off day, but I decided to walk the 2.5ish miles home from work (in sticky, muggy Boston!).
Did my week 1 30 mins of steady state this morning! Wow I am so sore from workout 1 though, it was a back from vacation kick in the butt!
I got in some cardio on the stairclimber before lifting weights. I focused on my shoulders and triceps today.

Today I’ll squeeze in 2 miles at lunch. Yay for a break from the office 🙂
Orangetheory yesterday and much needed yoga class this morning. Loving Orangetheory! The only problem is finding workouts for days in between classes..
Went for a walk this morning and am starting to feel the soreness from yesterday’s WO2! Clean eats are going well, but I may have helped a friend with a bottle and a half of wine for dessert…woops.
this morning i did a hang clean & clean complex, some back squats, and some deadlifts. im going back in the afternoon for a metcon!
Checking in… 2.75 mi trail run with my cousin this morning, lounging and swimming at her pool, and 1 hr physique and sculpt class this evening.
Forgot yo check in yesterday, it was 30 minutes lap swim and a 60 minute spin class. Today was Pilates for 60 minutes and a walk this evening. Trying Ann’s deconstructed quinoa burrito for dinner. I’m adding chicken to make sure my husband feels like he got enough to eat!
I forgot to check in yesterday. I did the week 3 workout + 10 min elliptical and today’s my off day instead. The workout really kicked my butt! Especially those plank jacks!
Today is kickboxing day. =) White plum has gorgeous dresses.
An upper body workout + some walking, because my legs are still so SORE from all those dumbbell swings Monday!
I also forgot to check in yesterday, but I did some treadmill HIIT at the Y!
walk with the pup this morning, and a run at lunch with a co-worker. Glad he invited me to join him outside or I would have skipped. Love the positive peer pressure I get these days!
Completed HIIT this morning – 3 rounds with no rest of Sumo to regular squat jumps, side jumps, rollover burpees with knee hug, mountain climbers, and up-and-down planks. Whew. Good thing I didn’t have time for Workout 3 before work – I was spent. Planning on pushing through Workout #3 for the second time this evening! I’m ready for the arm burn…I think.
Kickboxing later today! P.S. The burpee intro to WO3 is awesome. Immediately boosts your heart rate and makes you feel really strong!

I have been really enjoying your squat burner video and 5 minute abs video so that’s what I have planned for my workout along with a walk.
Rode my bike to work and will take a long walk at lunch.
Did a 4 mile run for steady state and 6 pack in a sweater ab burner. Feeling good!

Today’s workout – teaching Turbo Kick!
Today I “swam around” all morning in the pool with my kids. Not sure if that really counts as exercise. 🙂 but then before hitting the shower I did 30 minutes of upper body weights with my own resistance and a pair of dumbbells.

Check in for yesterday – teaching BodyPump and TurboKick and I made Anne’s protein pancake recipe – it was delish and I’ll definitely be making that again! 😀
