Summer Shape Up Week 3 giveaway- White Plum

Week 3, weโ€™re coming after you!

I feel like I say this every time weโ€™re in the middle of a Shape Up, but it needs to be repeated: this is the week that determines whether you will sink or swim. Youโ€™ll either decide to fizzle out, or put the same gusto you started the challenge with and power through to the finish line. (Obviously, do the latter, mm k?)     Just did week 2 workout for the second time and I’m officially sweaty again!!! Happy 4th (and also makes sense why you had week 3 as an ‘off’ day now haha – I’m Canadian anyways, so it all worked out that I’m a week behind :))

    I think I forgot to check-in yesterday, but I did workout 3 and I was sooooo spent! I may have done 3 circuits and called it good, baby & me were just not feeling it. Taking it easy on my rest day today and I hope to hit it again tomorrow! I’m so pumped that I’m almost through week 3 and have worked out every scheduled day so far! Woot! Bring it on, week 4!

    Wow, I forgot to do Thursday! I did roughly 5 1/4 miles at the gym, followed by yoga class. Once I got home, I ran a little more to get to my daily mileage of six. Pretty good day.
