I feel like I say this every time weโre in the middle of a Shape Up, but it needs to be repeated: this is the week that determines whether you will sink or swim. Today was a 20-min stabilty ball workout. I was still worn out from yesterday’s Workout 3!

today i went for a 3mile walk around the lake
2 miles on the treadmill, followed by 30minutes of strenght and HIIT!
Bike ride, 5 minute abs and stretch. Happy independence day!!!
Workout 3 five times through. Walking around for the rest of the day for my cardio portion. Happy fourth!

Just did week 2 workout for the second time and I’m officially sweaty again!!! Happy 4th (and also makes sense why you had week 3 as an ‘off’ day now haha – I’m Canadian anyways, so it all worked out that I’m a week behind :))
Just did my final week 3 workout! 4 round! ๐ Shaun T is about to do a live workout on Youtube and even though I’m a hot sweaty mess I think I’m going to give it a try. ๐

I think I forgot to check-in yesterday, but I did workout 3 and I was sooooo spent! I may have done 3 circuits and called it good, baby & me were just not feeling it. Taking it easy on my rest day today and I hope to hit it again tomorrow! I’m so pumped that I’m almost through week 3 and have worked out every scheduled day so far! Woot! Bring it on, week 4!

So I think I’ve been checking in this week mostly at the workout 3 post. oops. So today was a 6 mile run with a friend. Nothing better than having running partner to chat and distract me!
My gym was open for a few hours on the Holiday and I got in a 4 mile run!

Did my first 5k in 3 years today!

Bootcamp class today at the gym. It’s all HIIT training and they did it outside today! Great workout!
Yesterday I did 1 mile on the elliptical, 1 mile on the treadmill, and then worked with a medicine ball!

Wow, I forgot to do Thursday! I did roughly 5 1/4 miles at the gym, followed by yoga class. Once I got home, I ran a little more to get to my daily mileage of six. Pretty good day.
