Upper Body Blast (at-home workout and video)
This is an upper body workout you can do anywhere with a pair of dumbbells. This is a great way to challenge your entire upper body, increase strength, endurance, and build lean muscle.

Since I ended up winging it in the video – as I usually do – the reps arenโt completely fixed. We do a mix of more traditional strength in addition to endurance work with small movements and holds. The pinnable image below is a different workout than the video; youโre getting two for one in this one! Either follow the video along with us, or do your own thing using the guide below.

Thank you Gina! This was exactly what I was looking for in an at-home arm workout! As a newbie it can be hard to get through 40 minutes of something like this for arms (I appreciate the modifications), which is a lot of what is out there. I felt challenged but no so much that I don’t want to do it again ๐ Will definitely bookmark!

Hi, Gina! You had some links to dumbbell sets, either in an email, here on the blog, or in IG, and now I can’t find them! I found a smaller set on Amazon (3, 5, and 8# weights). There was another site you linked. Can you remind of that? Thanks!

Oh goodness! I did cardio for one of my classes in school today and just now did your upper body video! I am shaking all over! If I can keep this up, I will definitely be shaping up this summer!
This arm workout was killer! I started with 10s and was quickly regretting that decision and decreasing lovvvving the shape up so far!

I did this one yesterday! And could feel it this morning. Haha. I gravitate toward total body workouts, and don’t do a lot of targeted muscle group training, so it was good to “force” myself to do a workout focused on just one muscle group. And I still felt like I got an awesome workout!
