Week of giveaways: Final Giveaway- ENDED
This week has been pretty much amazeballs. Thank you again to everyone for participating, sending blog love, and for your kind and wonderful comments. I’m truly lucky to *know* all of you, and am also grateful to the companies who generously sponsored the week of giveaways.
Congratulations to the Home Goods giveaway winner!
Mary:
“I LOVE the poppy flower wall decals in my kitchen. They do a great job brightening up the space.”
Please send me your info (fitnessista at gmail dot com, subject: HOME GOODS WINNER!) and I’ll get your prize on the way 🙂
Today’s giveaway, the final one, is sponsored by one of my all-time favorite workout companies, along with Livi and Bella.
I fell in love with Physique 57 two years ago, and if we had a studio in Tucson, it would be one of my regular workout spots. Nothing has made my thighs thighs and biscuits burn quite like P57. I’m so glad they have DVDs you can do at home if you don’t have a studio near you, and I’ve done the DVDs quite a few times in addition to the usual workout suspects. I see and feel a huge difference when I have P57 in my life, and anytime I’m in NY or LA I’m excited to take a live class.
The winner of this giveaway will receive a volume 2 Physique 57 DVD, courtesy of Physique 57,
and will also win a Polar FT40 heart rate monitor, which I’ll order for you,
plus a batch of custom macaroons (chocolate, mocha, blonde, super roon with cacao nibs and goji berries, or Meyer-lemon lavender)
and whatever Whole Foods/TJs goodies find their way into the box 😉
I absolutely love my Polar heart rate monitor and wear it for all of my high-intensity workouts. Since I know how much I’m burning, I can get an idea of how much more I need to eat that day, and I always push myself a little harder when I can see how hard I’m working. It’s a fantastic workout tool and was even more helpful while I was pregnant, so I knew not to let my heart rate get too crazy high.
-With the Summer Shape Up beginning this week, this giveaway will end on FRIDAY, 6/15.
This giveaway has ended! Congratulations to the winner, Natalie.
This is my favorite giveaway so far the DVDs and the polar monitor are some things I have wanted for a very long time but I could never afford them on my own! There are sooo many reasons I have been reading this blog for the past four years but mainly because you offer so much variety! I love the Focus On post, they may be my favorite and I go back to them frequently whenever I’m deciding to try a new fitness class or DVD. I’m only 21 but I love the family post because I take of a baby full time, and you have been very helpful! I would like to see more videos! Things like how to’s (more hair ideas please!) , product reviews, fitness challenges/ quick workout videos. Hope this helps
Thank you so much to all of you for your amazing feedback, comments and sweet wishes. I’m so fortunate to have you in my life, and stay tuned for many more giveaways!
Thank you all so much for reading my little blog and for hanging out with me over here <3
Here’s to another amazing year!
xoxo
And I repinned
I love hearing about your workouts/eats (especially when you include recipes!), but I would love to see even more family life posts. I suppose though, no matter if you change your posts/style, I will keep on tuning in!
ahhhhhhh…I want those macaroons!!!!!! MMMMM I love how you post such beautiful pictures, they are always so colorful! I really enjoy reading your blog because it feels so real. You truly let have all your feelings, hopes and dreams out there for all to see and it makes it feel like we all know you, so thank you for that! I can’t wait for more to come! One tip… post your macaroon recipe!!! 🙂 ( j/k, I know its a secret )
I love the workouts and recipes! The occasional how-to hair videos have been fun also!
I really like reading about Liv. Hope I win!
I love seeing your daily eats, but I wish there were some more recipes. I also love your gluten-free options!
I also pinned your breakfast cookie!
I love the family pics and your recipes 🙂
Hi Gina! I love reading about new workouts and recipes to try. You are so inspiring! The adorable pictures of Livi are great too. 🙂 Cheers to another wonderful year!
I pinned your breakfast cookie recipe as well!
I have really enjoyed your blog posts about pregnancy/parenting. This is the stage of life that I am in and it has been so, so helpful! I also only workout at home with virtually no equipment (excited for the SSU!) so any at home workout ideas are great. As far as food, I am gluten-free also so any recipes or product reviews for gluten-free goodies are super helpful. Thank you for all you do, Fitnessista!
I love your blog and the new family page- i would love to see a shopping or home page that shows what you have for home workouts, how you set up a home workout area for yourself, and then other home related stuff- like what awesome home goods stuff you buy lol.
I love the workouts and the honesty you blog with. You give us an amazing glimpse into your world, but also keep things all about becoming the best person we can be. CHEERS!
I love all your recipes that you post. They are very helpful.
I’ve always wanted a heart rate monitor!
What I love about your blog: You’re real, I like that you post lots of pictures of your day to day things, your blog has variety (exercise, food, life), it’s not too sophisticated but I feel like I can always catch up!
I’d like to continue seeing these things! They only posts I am not really feeling are the summer/spring shapeup ones. They’re great, I’m just not very interested bc I have my own routine pretty established 😉
Thanks!
I pinned my favorite cookies! (Note I tried using virgin coconut oil in place of canola. Oh my word, so yum!) 🙂 http://pinterest.com/pin/33495590948989291/
i love the recaps of your day the most
I love your personality and the frequency of your posts. I am trying to think of something I don’t like but I don’t know. Maybe updating your blog links?
I love your blog! I like the way you separated the main page from the family & fashion page. And I appreciate that you take time to write quality posts everyday, not simply throwing up 3 random posts per day w/ no content.
I love your blog! It’s my all time favorite. I love the quick work out ideas. Maybe more posts about your outfits/shopping tips? You always have great fashion finds!
I love reading about your family and how Olivia is growing. I also really enjoy when you share new recipes and treat ideas. I would really like to see more recipes on here!
My mouth waters everytime I see those macaroons! I really want to try them!
This is an amazing giveaway! Thank you for all the work you put ino yor blog. It really helped me post baby #1 a couple of years ago getting my motivation back and again after baby #2 I found myself surfing your blog A LOT!! 🙂
I really like how you have a seperate page for Family and Fashion posts. One thing that might help me though is that if you do post a new entry on the Family page, could you mention it at the botton of your regular post? I know you sometimes do but lots of times I don’t see one and then seem to miss some awesome posts.
Thank you!! <3
I love the workouts!! My hubby’s a military pilot as well, so it’s pretty neat to see the similarities.
I like the different tabs and how each one shows a different writing voice for you (family vs. fashion vs. main)
I posted on FB
I love reading about your snacks/meals and when you post workout tidbits. So interesting and entertaining!!
I love your blog the way it is!!! I like reading your reviews on the different workout DVDs and learning new workout moves. You are doing an awesome job, keep up the great work and I hope I win this amazing prize!!!
I enjoy everything about your blog, but mostly the recipe ideas and the workout recaps!!
Your writing style is very engaging and you have such a breadth of ideas! I like the posts that focus on fitness; I’m not as interested in reading the ones that basically recap your day.
I wouldn´t change a thing about your blog!! 🙂
I would love to see some new recipes! Love our blog! I read every day (ok, twice a day!) Great giveaway! Thanks!
I’m a pretty recent reader of your blog, but I love the recipes and workouts you have posted. I’m always looking for ways to mix it up! Thank you!
I JUST found your blog, and I am SO excited to read back through the entries! Oh man! 😀 My first impression is one of amazement.
Honestly don’t change a thing, you blog seems like such a great reflection of who you are and includes great information about topics that are important to you. Love the family page as we are expecting our first child in Nov. and I love all the workout reviews you do…keep it up! I would love to try Physique 57!
I love the constancy of your posts and your personality. I would love more home workout posts or ones with tips on what to do with some of the more unique gym equipment!
I cannot think of anything I would change. I love your blog! Thank you for putting your time, effort and love into every post.
I enjoy how your blog posts are varied among family, food, workouts, fashion, etc. I really appreciate the photos and video demos of exercises since there are many I’m not sure about until I watch your video!
What’s not to love??? It’s always a joy reading about your food, fitness, and family!
I love your posts about the dog you had to give up — I think it’s important for people to know that there are other options besides the pound for animals you cannot keep for whatever reason.
I love the mix of things you have on the blog. You’re always talking about something different and it really keeps things fresh. I also love your photos <3 So happy to have found your blog. Something I'd like to see more of… recipes or some of your tips and tricks for meal prep!
I love that fashion posts are back!
I love your blog and don’t want to see any changes! I like to look at your blog for a little inspiration when I’m feeling less than inspired to eat healthy or workout. I love your shapeups! I’ve done all of them! I’ve even recruited 3 non-blog reading friends to do it with me (=3 new readers!). We’re all very excited for what you have in store for us for the next few weeks!
I cant wait for the summer shape up! I’m getting married in august and just finished your bridal bootcamp, so it will be nice to have another workout to follow along with! My only suggestion would be to make searching for older post a little easier since I often go back to look at recipes and recommendations you posted.
I love the workouts and recipes, but I most adore just the day to day stuff. I’ve really enjoyed following you on your journey the last few years–watching you deal with deployments, moving and becoming a mother to a beautiful baby girl. You’re so honest and funny and optimistic, and you show all of us that healthy living means so much more than working out and counting calories.
Keep up the good work, Gina. You’re perhaps my favorite blogger. 😉
I love the family posts — it’s amazing to see how the blog and your life, in general, has evolved over time!! I truly love you blog and come here daily to see different tips!
What an awesome giveaway! I need a new heart rate monitor!
I love your family posts the most. I like seeing how Olivia is growing and changing and I love her pictures. Such a cutie-patootie!
What I love about your blog: the workouts (for sure!), the humor, and the realness with which you approach eating and exercising. In general, your blog seems very relaxed. I like that there are no extremes, and also it is a lot of fun to read.
I guess I would love to continue to see the same thing 🙂
I’m newer to your blog, and I really like it! Keep up the great work!
I like your blog a lot…I find the Focus On posts to be really interesting because I have learned about so many new workouts just from reading your blog!
I like learning about new workouts and techniques.
