I fell in love with Physique 57 two years ago, and if we had a studio in Tucson, it would be one of my regular workout spots. Nothing has made my thighs thighs and biscuits burn quite like P57. I’m so glad they have DVDs you can do at home if you don’t have a studio near you, and I’ve done the DVDs quite a few times in addition to the usual workout suspects. I see and feel a huge difference when I have P57 in my life, and anytime I’m in NY or LA I’m excited to take a live class.

I absolutely love my Polar heart rate monitor and wear it for all of my high-intensity workouts. Since I know how much I’m burning, I can get an idea of how much more I need to eat that day, and I always push myself a little harder when I can see how hard I’m working. It’s a fantastic workout tool and was even more helpful while I was pregnant, so I knew not to let my heart rate get too crazy high.

This is my favorite giveaway so far the DVDs and the polar monitor are some things I have wanted for a very long time but I could never afford them on my own! There are sooo many reasons I have been reading this blog for the past four years but mainly because you offer so much variety! I love the Focus On post, they may be my favorite and I go back to them frequently whenever I’m deciding to try a new fitness class or DVD. I’m only 21 but I love the family post because I take of a baby full time, and you have been very helpful! I would like to see more videos! Things like how to’s (more hair ideas please!) , product reviews, fitness challenges/ quick workout videos. Hope this helps :)

    I love it all, but a few faves are your focus posts, workouts and I have been loving your new fashion posts on hair! I just recently bought the curling iron that you used in your making waves post and followed your styling tips and abolutely love the look! I now use it more than my hot rollers. 🙂 I also love Physique 57…I have the first volume and have been eying the second one for quite some time now. Thank you for all that you do!!

    I like the variety of workouts you include on your blog. I would like to see more workouts printable. It is nice to print off a copy of the workouts to do.     I think your blog is really well-balanced, actually. I love that you have different sections– i read them all but I suppose not everyone does, so it’s probably nice to keep things categorized. I am always stealing your recipes, so that’s probably my favorite part. You keep it simple, and I like that, because I’m a little lazy in the kitchen. So maybe…. More recipes and more… Fashion posts? I like outfit ideas!

    I love the addition of your future sister-in-law’s style idears. It’s a great way to showcase new fashions, but I do miss your style advice because I loved to see the workout outfits, or for your date nights it was sweet and casual.
    I love the recipes! Those are my favorite! Especially when you try new foods that I have heard of/read about but am just not sure how to incorporate it in to a meal or snack (example sweet potatoes done several ways, protein powder in lots of your snacks 🙂 or adding veggies anywhere you can).
    I also love the really positive attitude and gratitude you have towards life – despite the changes it may bring. Your blog is so positive to read every day, which is what keeps me coming back.
    I would love to see more work out videos with tutorials/how tos.

    My best friend and I have been an avid reader for quiet some time now! I really enjoy the balance of work, fun, family, and food. It makes us realize and remember as the foodies that we all are (hi we’re blogging about it) that there is also more to life than counting calories and eating healthy… you husband and baby girl! I would like to see a few more recipes. I know we all have a way of eating and I enjoy the clean eating style you have, but more breakfast and snack ideas would be great!

    PS. I also love how you show your meals and the pilots. It gives me faith that with my boyfriend I can still eat in my comfort zone of healthy, while still allowing him to have more nutrients that he needs, that I might not!

    I love the exercise posts – anything from what you have been doing to just workout lists and music lists…. It keeps me motivated. I also love hearing your reviews on different exercise programs- and diets (and by “diet” I mean the way one chooses to eat)

    I like that your blog is a mix of fitness tips and experiences from pregnancy+motherhood. I’m in the same age-zone you are (no kids yet), but I like reading up on your experience because it makes me feel like I’ll be slightly more prepared when the time comes.
