I fell in love with Physique 57 two years ago, and if we had a studio in Tucson, it would be one of my regular workout spots. Nothing has made my thighs thighs and biscuits burn quite like P57. I’m so glad they have DVDs you can do at home if you don’t have a studio near you, and I’ve done the DVDs quite a few times in addition to the usual workout suspects. I see and feel a huge difference when I have P57 in my life, and anytime I’m in NY or LA I’m excited to take a live class.

I absolutely love my Polar heart rate monitor and wear it for all of my high-intensity workouts. Since I know how much I’m burning, I can get an idea of how much more I need to eat that day, and I always push myself a little harder when I can see how hard I’m working. It’s a fantastic workout tool and was even more helpful while I was pregnant, so I knew not to let my heart rate get too crazy high.

This is my favorite giveaway so far the DVDs and the polar monitor are some things I have wanted for a very long time but I could never afford them on my own! There are sooo many reasons I have been reading this blog for the past four years but mainly because you offer so much variety! I love the Focus On post, they may be my favorite and I go back to them frequently whenever I’m deciding to try a new fitness class or DVD. I’m only 21 but I love the family post because I take of a baby full time, and you have been very helpful! I would like to see more videos! Things like how to’s (more hair ideas please!) , product reviews, fitness challenges/ quick workout videos. Hope this helps :)

    I’ve been an avid follower since livi’s birth, and now through my pregnancy! I would love to see a post on a good work out routine for mammas who maybe weren’t super physical before. Something to keep toned and make childbirth a little er um “easier”? I’m dying to sink my teeth into a macrooooon! 🙂

    I love your blog. I found it about two months ago because I needed more inspiration to keep going with my diet and exercises routine. Since January I’ve been dieting and exercising, and your blog is helping me to keep going and so far I’ve lost 60lbs and will run my first race next month (YAY – but still have 20lbs more to go). Thank you so much.
    I would love to have more gluten free recipes because I found out I’m gluten intolerant.

    What actually brought me here was a focus on post about tabata training – I love the focus on posts because they’re so informative and about new workouts or diets! I think those are my favorite and could probably never get enough of those. I think there’s a great balance of fitness, recipes, and personal on here – and even if there’s something missing, you still have your reader’s requests posts!

    I’ve been following the blog for 3 years (so I obviously love it!). I would love more posts on how you balance cooking for yourself and your husband/meal planning. It’s tough to budget and plan- I just moved in with my boyfriend and am trying to figure it out!

    I am more or less silently lurking around your blog for more than 2 years now – it was the first healty living blog that I started following and reading every day – its kind of a daily ritual I have with blogs (as I imagine alk of us readers have 🙂 ) – but I always start my day reading your blog first. Now that I think of it, it’s maybe even a little bit OCD – LOL 😀
    To get to the point, I honestly love the blog as it is. I would looove some new recipes! The protein fluff and the pancakes are a regular in my kitchen and I crave some more 🙂

    I started reading when a link was posted on a facebook group to your pregnancy announcement post, and haven’t missed a post since! I love the mix-up of health, fitness, recipes (I’ve found some new favourites), your pregnancy progress (you have definitely eased a few of my fears), and life in general. I’m also a big fan of the focus on posts.

    This is the very heart rate monitor I’m considering at the moment! I only discovered your blog about 6 months ago and read it every day, checking in on multiple occasions to see if you’ve posted when I’m in work! My favourite thing would be the recipes and your daily life…it’s nice to see the home side of bloggers…especially ones so far away when I’m in Ireland and anything I’ve made so far from your recipes has been delicious…..     I love the mixture of workouts, easy recipes and daily life. Whenever I feel like I’m in a workout rut and need something new to try out at the gym, I always look at your blog for ideas.
    I personally don’t like watching vlogs, so I appreciate that often whatever information is in a vlog is also written out. When I’m trying to follow a workout it is help to have things easily written out so I can copy, paste, and print. I appreciate pictures that show good form, always a nice reminder for exercises I’m familiar with and a great way to find out new ones.

    All those prizes have me soooo excited. I wanted to try out a physique 57 class before I graduated NYU, but unfortunately got injured during my last semester and didn’t wanna try out something new.
    I’ve also been thinking about wearing a heart rate monitor watch, my summer job is as a day camp dance specialist. During the summer I’m always more concerned about the fuel I’m putting in my body and making sure I eat enough calories since I spend the whole day sweating and essentially teaching a few mini zumba classes to the kids. Hopefully a heart rate monitor will give me more of an idea of how many calories I am burning throughout the day and how much more I need to eat.

    I really wouldnt change 1 thing—I read your blog daily and I find lots of great tips and inspiration. I remember the day I first came across it 2 years ago or more and I spent the weekend going back and reading all the entries in order–my fiance thought I was insane but I really connected to your voice and healthy living!

    I’ve been reading your blog for 2-3 years (has it really been that long?!!) and I love your positive attitude! i love when you post little exercises at the end of posts. Even though I am a personal trainer and spend most of my day at the gym (or maybe because I’m always there) I love getting new ideas or reminders of different exercises to do myself or to make my clients do:)

    I love that your blog is super easy to read and navigate. We have similar eating styles, so your recipes are fab (at times could maybe use a bit more detail, but I realize that’s part of the “adventure” of cooking). We also are very close in age so I find you to be pretty relatable, even though I am not married yet and I am baby-less. However, I do have an adorable little white dog, like Bella 🙂 Although it’s not the focus of your blog, I do like when you bring up things like what books you’re reading, because I love recommendations in any shape or form. I started reading about a year ago, and I’ve really enjoyed it! Thank you!
