I fell in love with Physique 57 two years ago, and if we had a studio in Tucson, it would be one of my regular workout spots. Nothing has made my thighs thighs and biscuits burn quite like P57. I’m so glad they have DVDs you can do at home if you don’t have a studio near you, and I’ve done the DVDs quite a few times in addition to the usual workout suspects. I see and feel a huge difference when I have P57 in my life, and anytime I’m in NY or LA I’m excited to take a live class.

I absolutely love my Polar heart rate monitor and wear it for all of my high-intensity workouts. Since I know how much I’m burning, I can get an idea of how much more I need to eat that day, and I always push myself a little harder when I can see how hard I’m working. It’s a fantastic workout tool and was even more helpful while I was pregnant, so I knew not to let my heart rate get too crazy high.

This is my favorite giveaway so far the DVDs and the polar monitor are some things I have wanted for a very long time but I could never afford them on my own! There are sooo many reasons I have been reading this blog for the past four years but mainly because you offer so much variety! I love the Focus On post, they may be my favorite and I go back to them frequently whenever I’m deciding to try a new fitness class or DVD. I’m only 21 but I love the family post because I take of a baby full time, and you have been very helpful! I would like to see more videos! Things like how to’s (more hair ideas please!) , product reviews, fitness challenges/ quick workout videos. Hope this helps :)

    I always recommend your blog to people who ask me which blogs I love best – I think you balance your content beautifully! I love that you include life, family, exercise, food, and fun, and I think the addition of all the printable stuff for the summer shape-up is AWESOME! I don’t know how you could make it any better… Keep up what you’re doing 🙂

    I’ve pinned several of your workout to my pinboard over the past months, and I attempted to pin the summer shape-up (the pop-up window wouldn’t load). Hope that counts as an entry – I’d love to try out the DVDs and a macaroon (and win the watch!).

    Gina, Gina, Gina…where do I begin?!?!! I can not say enough about how much I love your blog. I love your workouts and tips. I have many of them saved on my phone and use them often at the gym.     Happy birthday to your wonderful blog! I enjoy so much about it, but especially love your workout/booty shaking song recommendations. I usually copy and paste them into an e-mail and send them to myself to download later. I also really enjoy all of Meg’s fashion posts, but am missing yours too!     I love that the blog covers so many aspects of healthy living- food, gym time, home workouts, variety, and balance! It’s a great one-stop resource for everything 🙂 I think a great feature to add would be a search feature or a page listing your blog categories to find things more easily…I find myself browsing to find things I’ve read before and that would make the blog even more useful as a resource. And keep the recipes and adorable family photos coming 🙂

    I really love the current blog posting schedule and content. I’ve been an avid reader for years and LOVE how the blog has changed and grown in the same ways that mimic your life. Plus, there’s lots of pregnancy information for when I (eventually) get there!

    I love reading about new products – food or fitness – that you discover! Makes me run out and have to try it for myself. I would love to see more reviews of workouts and fitness books.     I absolutely LOVE this blog because you balance the fitness aspect so well with sharing what else is going on in your life which is great to relate to and really motivating because you’re a real woman, not some super human fitness freak. I also love the fashion tips (especially the ones with hair such as the waterfall braid) as they have been so useful recently. Just continuing as you have been would be great as you’ve been fantastic so far!
