I fell in love with Physique 57 two years ago, and if we had a studio in Tucson, it would be one of my regular workout spots. Nothing has made my thighs thighs and biscuits burn quite like P57. I’m so glad they have DVDs you can do at home if you don’t have a studio near you, and I’ve done the DVDs quite a few times in addition to the usual workout suspects. I see and feel a huge difference when I have P57 in my life, and anytime I’m in NY or LA I’m excited to take a live class.

I absolutely love my Polar heart rate monitor and wear it for all of my high-intensity workouts. Since I know how much I’m burning, I can get an idea of how much more I need to eat that day, and I always push myself a little harder when I can see how hard I’m working. It’s a fantastic workout tool and was even more helpful while I was pregnant, so I knew not to let my heart rate get too crazy high.

This is my favorite giveaway so far the DVDs and the polar monitor are some things I have wanted for a very long time but I could never afford them on my own! There are sooo many reasons I have been reading this blog for the past four years but mainly because you offer so much variety! I love the Focus On post, they may be my favorite and I go back to them frequently whenever I’m deciding to try a new fitness class or DVD. I’m only 21 but I love the family post because I take of a baby full time, and you have been very helpful! I would like to see more videos! Things like how to’s (more hair ideas please!) , product reviews, fitness challenges/ quick workout videos. Hope this helps :)

    I check this blog every day. It’s pretty darn addicting, but what I love fitnessista is that I know there are people out there who enjoy eating healthy and exercising, and I’m not the only crazy one when I say I’d rather have ‘cado with lemon than Doritos which are going to make me feel horrible later. Or that I just feel like doing some strength training–who knows what’ll I’ll feel like? 🙂 But at least I know I’m going to feel good and I have fitnessister support!

    I’ve been reading for quite a while and I love the workout reviews/breakdowns. I discovered BodyRock (which I loved w/Zuzanna, but don’t like quite as much anymore). I also enjoy watching your Livvie grow, I have an Olivia too-though mine is 11 !! now-eek! This giveaway was too good to resist, so I had to enter. Good luck and congrats in your next year 🙂

    I love your family posts and the eats you have each day (they’re fairly similar to my diet so I appreciate the fact that I can eat pretty much anything – except meat – that you have! Gives me inspiration when I’m stuck in a diet rut). I guess more recipes because I’m greedy that way 🙂

    What an amazing giveaway! I would love to have the dvds as I move my workouts indoors more often as the summer heats up. And the macaroons make me swoon.

    I love your how-to posts for your hair. I haven’t quite mastered the waterfall braid, but I’ll keep trying. The relaxed waves post and the hot rollers post had some great tips as well. Keep it up! Can’t wait for the post about how to wear long hair during a workout to keep it looking great even after a sweaty workout is over.

    I would love to see more recipes. The ones I’ve tried have always been delicious, and I love knowing I can come to your blog for something that’s tasty and good for me. And of course I love seeing updates with Liv and The Pilot! I actually wouldn’t mind a guest post from him (if he’d do it!) about how life has been for him since Liv was born. Would be interesting to read more about a dad’s perspective, too.

    Otherwise, I love everything you’re doing! And I smile whenever I see you wearing the new Lulu shorts because I have the same ones. In fact, I’m wearing them right now!

    I love the family posts! I’d like to see more pictures of ‘Livi in the next year.. 😉 and more recipes! Some of our eats don’t match up, but some do and it’s always nice to see a new way to make something.

    I love your blog cause I love TJ s just like you and slowly got hooked onto reading your daily posts. I read many blogs at one time but yours has been the only fitness one I have stuck onto till today.

    My suggestions for improvement would be to post some more recipes…can’t get engh of those…

    I love the Focus On posts, and also love seeing the various meals of foods you eat – you’re definitely able to balance healthy and interesting eating, home meals/restaurant/take-out/social gathering eats etc and it’s inspiring.

    I love your blog so much – I love the recipes and the workouts, family posts and fashion posts! Most of all? I love(and of course the pics of your sweet babies!!) your dedication- it is a lot of work to blog every day, let alone twice a day! You completely rock and I take away.so much from this blog.     The only suggestion I have is to have a spot with all of your recipe links, rather than just your favorite, because they all rock!!

    I would like to see more photos of Livi! It’s incredible to watch a baby’s transformation into a little toddler and she’s so adorable to watch!

I think you have a really great balance of workouts, food, and a mix of your personal life. One thing I would looove is more workout charts to pin and take to the gym.

    Honestly, I think you have a truly winning formula for your blog as proven by your generally loving and loyal followers so keep up the great work! Having said that, I never get sick of new quick and healthy recipes that are simple but tasty.
