I fell in love with Physique 57 two years ago, and if we had a studio in Tucson, it would be one of my regular workout spots. Nothing has made my thighs thighs and biscuits burn quite like P57. I absolutely love my Polar heart rate monitor and wear it for all of my high-intensity workouts. Since I know how much I’m burning, I can get an idea of how much more I need to eat that day, and I always push myself a little harder when I can see how hard I’m working. It’s a fantastic workout tool and was even more helpful while I was pregnant, so I knew not to let my heart rate get too crazy high.

This is my favorite giveaway so far the DVDs and the polar monitor are some things I have wanted for a very long time but I could never afford them on my own! There are sooo many reasons I have been reading this blog for the past four years but mainly because you offer so much variety! I love the Focus On post, they may be my favorite and I go back to them frequently whenever I’m deciding to try a new fitness class or DVD. I’m only 21 but I love the family post because I take of a baby full time, and you have been very helpful! I would like to see more videos! Things like how to’s (more hair ideas please!) , product reviews, fitness challenges/ quick workout videos. Hope this helps

Hey hey! I love your blog, for soo many reasons: the awesome free workouts, the unique recopies and the fact that you make it all so accessible. Although there are tons of blogs out there, yours is one of the few I find my self keeping up with over time, and revisiting old posts. Oh, and I’m also a fan of the Focus On posts! They are so informative! Annnnd lastly, I love hearing or um, reading about family life 🙂 I’m a wife and not yet a mommy, but it is still so amazing to read about someone else’s experience. You really are living out a healthy life for the world to see, and it is inspiring!

Hi Fitnessista! Love the blog. I’ve really enjoyed the information on your PDB, workouts, food info and Livi posts since i have a newborn and am always searching for information on what I can do with my PDB and little baby. 🙂 Maybe some information on how to exercise with a baby…? or how you handle scheduling workouts when Tom is not available to watch the baby.

My favorite thing about your blog is the work outs. They make up 90% of my gym sessions. I love that you post pictures of yourself doing the moves and make them easy to print. While i’m not always as interested in the food part, I am grateful you introduced the breakfast “cookie” to us 🙂 I wouldn’t change anything about your blog, it is one of my favorites!

I love the family posts! One suggestion would be that on guest posts (like when Meg posts on the fashion page) – specify right up front that it is Meg…sometimes I get halfway through the post in my reader before finally realizing it isn’t coming from you!
