Now, onto today’s giveaway: a little snack that I’ve eaten almost every day for the past 3 years or so.
My favorite flavors in order:
1. Blueberry muffin

5. Cashew (the classic never dies)
but I really can say I like them ALL. They only contain real ingredients, are awesome crumbled into yogurt, oats or as a smoothie topping, and perfect for grab-and-go. I also love the new Uber Larabars, which are crunchy and glorious.

My favorite snack is plain non-fat greek yogurt topped with a drizzle of honey and blueberries, It’s even better when I put frozen blueberries on it and eat it a few hours later and as they melt it makes this great blueberry saucy swirl!
My favorite healthy snack is homemade larabars! I know I would love larabars, but I’ve never tried a real one, just my homemade versions(in my defense, I live in a reeeeaaaaally tiny town 🙂 )
Lately I’ve been loving Jamie Eason’s turkey meat muffins. It sounds disgusting but it’s so good.

My favorite healthy snack is an apple, cut up and dipped in greek yogurt with a little almond or peanut butter mixed in
Oooh, I really need this one! My faves are KeyLime Pie, Cherry Pie, and Apple Pie (notice a theme?) And HOW COME I’ve never seen BLUEBERRY MUFFIN?!?!

Oh this is a toughie, but the healthy snack I always go back to is hummus and carrots. YUM! 🙂
Hard boiled eggs are great – satisfying snack – protein & fat, plus easy to cart around with me to work! Larabars never get old either when there are so many great amazing flavors to choose from! 😀
I’m loving fresh fruit these days! And I almost always have a larabar in my purse, just in case! My favorite flavor is the peanut butter chocolate chip…I’d love to try new flavors, it’s hard to find them in Canada!

Larabars, hard boiled eggs and guacamole/carrots are all on my snack rotation!
Dates and Almond Butter. Or Carrots and Peanut Butter. Pretty much anything slathered in a nut butter. Yum!
I LOVE Larabars – and so does my toddler!!! My favorite snack is a toss up between trail mix (without rasins!!) or air popped popcorn :o)
I love eating fresh fruit, especially in the summer time when there is so much variety!

Chobani 0% greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder and fruit. Sooo good especially after a run!

It depends on the day!! Now that I have a three month old, it has to be quick and easy like a banana with peanut butter, a smoothie, or Greek yogurt with chia seeds!!

One of my new faves is brie and crackers/apples. Also a big fan of plain greek yogurt + berries 🙂 Yay for snacks!

My favorite healthy snack is either an apple with peanut butter or a banana mixed in with non fat Greek yogurt. If I’m feeling naughty I love banana slices with whip cream. Feels like I’m eating a banana split!!
String cheese or Greek yogurt with fruit for some protein power!
I love apple with natural PB! Sometimes the PB outweighs the apple though! Whoops!

I always turn to fresh fruit as a healthy snack, and a handful of almonds are never too far out of reach!
I love reaching for some TJ’s lightly salted almonds and a few dark chocolate chips!

I also love larabars…I can’t eat gluten so they have always been my go-to bar of choice, my favourite being coconut 🙂
