Oh goodness, I LOVE Cobbler pose because of the great, restful stretch I get. However, my favourite is TREE! I feel SO strong, so anchored and so rooted. I often wish that I could stand in that pose for way longer than any instructor deems fit. I just feel beautiful and grounded in it.
Camel is a close second. What a heart-opener!

As of right now, my favorite pose is definitely crow! I just recently mastered it and feel so dang proud. Prior to mastering crow was tree as well!
I love chair pose. I feel so balanced and strong when I do it. Child’s pose is a close second, so soothing.

I am all about downward dog. I know it’s not original but I can’t get enough of it!
My favorite is pigeon. I like the stretch it gives in the hips.
I’m all about proud pigeon pose… i have really tight hips and thats the only pose that helps loosen them up!

I like tree pose ‘cuz I can hold it forever & feel so proud. 🙂 I’m working on mastering bird pose… I’m determined, but so far it’s beating me.

Shavasana! Nothing like laying there and soaking it all in after a hard, or relaxing, yoga practice. I know it was a good one when I start to drift off to sleep before coming out of it.

Ah I love child’s pose!
Right now, my favorite pose is pigeon because I’m having a lot of hip discomfort due to pregnancy. It always makes me feel better. That and bound angle 🙂 For some reason, I can’t see who won the larabars…if it’s me, please let me know, haha!

Ballerina for sure! A great stretch while improving balance. The pose is so graceful… Though trust me, mastering the pose does NOT a ballerina make 🙂

my favorite pose is shavasana, I know it’s not challenging and stuff but I look forward to it because it is by far the best nap ever and if I dont fall asleep I get to meditate and visualize things with a much more positive perspective after my practice. 🙂
Maybe it is because I am a preschool teacher but I love Child’s Pose. It relaxes me like nothing else and helps my sore back after a long day at work!
