My favorite at bikram is the Utkatasana pose. It is so hard to balance but it feels so good

Child’s pose! Stretches my back in such a relaxing way!
I have so many favorites, triangle, pyramid, pigeon, dancer…. but my favorite yoga pose has to be Bird of Paradise. I don’t always nail it, but when I do, the feeling is amazing.
My favorite yoga pose is child’s pose :). It’s sO relaxing
Mine is Eagle – I feel so rooted and connected when I am in it.

Downward dog, cobra, and of course child’s pose
I gotta love downward dog. I love to do it before I even get out of bed in the morning. I also like to think that my dogs are on to something!
I enjoy bikram yoga. Bow pose is a favorite.

I love wheel–I can only do it as of recently and I feel so STRONG every time I get up into it!

My favorite pose is downward dog – it’s energizing and relaxing all in one!
ohhhh do I want this…I’m a failure at finding a yoga mat cool enough for my mat. my favorite yoga pose, quite simply, is warrior II- i love the utter power in that shape, it’s so sacred. I’m also a huge arm-balancer, if I can be on my hands for most of the class I’m happy.
I love eagle pose! It feels awesome on my hips and shoulders, and I feel so strong when I’m able to hold it!
….and this workout is so much fun! Jumping on and off the treadmill makes the time go by really quickly!

I have a neck injury that has been acting up lately, so I’ve been trying to do more yoga. I know it’s not very original, but the stretch I’ve been getting from triangle and reverse triangle has really been amazing. Normally, though, my favorite is half pigeon – feels great at the end of a great hot yoga class! 🙂

My favorite is crow cause it’s so challenging!
I’m not big into yoga, but after a killer abs session nothing is better than child’s pose or cobra. It feels so good to stretch out those abs!
Downward dog. So simple but it helps to reset my mind and find a natural state of calmness.
