I love tree and pigeon pose, I actually really love all of the balancing poses that make you feel rooted and really work your core!
Wheel pose all the way! Love doing this pose after a workout, feels so good on your chest/ opens it up 🙂

Favorite pose is the cobra.
I love downward dog- especially after a hard vinyasa when it feels like a ‘rest’ pose!
Child’s pose is amazing to stretch my back and hips! Definitely a favorite!
I don’t have a Pinterest account but if I did I would totally “Pin” any of your HIIT workouts, which have really upped the intensity of my gym time 🙂
