YUMMO!!! In the UK I have only been able to get my paws on Apple Pie Larabar – I reeeeeeeeeeally wish I could try some other flavours!!!! Anyway when I’m not snacking on Apple Pie Larabar my favourite snack at the moment is carrot sticks with homemade hummus. (blitz chick peans/garbanzo beans with olive oil, garlic, S&P, lemon juice – easy peasy lemon squeezy!)

    Pigeon pose. My hips are forever tight, and the pigeon pose is the best to help relieve some of that tension. Triangle is a close favorite.

    My favourite pose is trikonasana – triangle pose! I love the feeling of my hips opening up as soon as I enter the pose.

    Savasana (Corpse Pose) – Nothing feels better than getting into savasana at the end of class to let your body soak up the yoga practice. It’s always a bonus if someone in my class falls asleep and starts snoring… not that I have ever done that. 😉

    Ahhhmazing giveaway! I love Cassey and her bags – she’s so creative it blows my mind! My fave pose changes all the time, but right now I’m going to have to say half moon because I feel so strong & balanced in it!

    I love to hold pigeon pose after a long run…it stretches my hips so well. Also wheel is a fun stretch for my whole body.

    I love it when we get to rabbit pose in Bikram. It’s the only way I can stretch the tension between my shoulder blades…amazing!

    My favorite yoga pose is the pigeon pose. When I injured my IT band from running, my physical therapist showed me the pigeon pose as it’s a great way to stretch the IT band (not an easy thing to stretch).

    my favorite pose is definitely CROW – b/c it was so hard to learn – & i’m so proud of myself for mastering it!

    My favorite yoga pose of the moment is headstand- because I just learned it. The next favorite will probably be the next one I get down. Beautiful bag!
