YUMMO!!! In the UK I have only been able to get my paws on Apple Pie Larabar – I reeeeeeeeeeally wish I could try some other flavours!!!! Anyway when I’m not snacking on Apple Pie Larabar my favourite snack at the moment is carrot sticks with homemade hummus. (blitz chick peans/garbanzo beans with olive oil, garlic, S&P, lemon juice – easy peasy lemon squeezy!)

    Loving that bag!! For me it is a tie between Warrior 2 and Pigeon. The strength in the warrior poses make me feel badass, but the complete release into pigeon always feels great!

    Anything to open up my hips! As a runner they can be troublesome for me. Extended triangle pose and happy baby are pretty awesome for me. What a cute bag! 🙂

    ooh this is a hard one. I’d have to say birds of paradise is my favorite challenging pose and pigeon is a close second for relaxation. I’m a fan of half moon in Bikram too! Too many good ones!!

    Classic downward dog is my fave. I love sun salutations and I always hold down dog extra long!! I love the oGorgeous line and Cassey’s workouts!!

    Gorgeous bag!!!! It’s a tough call for my favorite pose but I’d have to say either Warrior 3 or Half Moon, either one challenge my balance and I always try to push myself. 🙂

    I love cobra pose. I had a lot of back problems until I started doing Bikram Yoga, and I was super excited when I was strong enough to do this pose!
