    mmm, my standard smoothie would be a handful of spinach, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, banana, and frozen blueberries. BUT, at my friend’s house for the grey’s anatomy finale, she made “smoothies” (read: milkshakes) with yogurt, milk, frozen bananas, PB2 powder, and nutella. they were dyn-o-mite.

    My fav combo is almond milk, Sun Warrior vanilla protein powder, frozen cherries and blackberries and a banana! Sometimes I add Starbucks instant coffee too if I’m feeling spunky lol 🙂

    My new favorite combo is a Hawaiian adventure! I use coconut, mango, and banana!! Along with some almond milk and protein powder ( I’d LOVE to try Sun Warrior) it’s a hit! I live in Hawaii but always find myself too busy to sit down and enjoy the fruits of our ‘aina (land). This has been my go to smoothie adventure for summer!

    I recently tired 1/2 a mango&banana (frozen) 1C almond milk, handful spinach, and a splash of pure pineapple juice

    My fav combo is banana, avocado, baby spinach, a touch of honey, a little water and a scoop of sun warrior vanilla. Heaven!

    for smoothies ive currently been into a banana, chocolate sun warrior, added cocoa powder, instant coffee, and vanilla stevia. yum! its a great second breakfast/min-morning snack

    Helped me lose 20lbs: spinach, dandylion leaves, frozen raspberries, half a frozen banana, half cup of water, wheat grass, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, and a hint of agave nectar

    I love to add blueberries, greek yogurt together. I also like to mix in fresh fruits and even vegetables just to keep things new and delicious!

    I love a good smoothie! My all time favorite is made by a friend with coconut butter, lecethin, sea moss, ginger and lemon. I often freeze them up and eat them with a spoon like a shaved ice. Heaven on earth!!

    Fave smoothie combo (of the week): chocolate sunwarrior, mila seeds, PB, frozen raspberries, unsweetened vanilla almond milk… like a PBJ sandwich in a glass — yum-o!

    My power smoothie is fresh spinach, almond milk, frozen 1/2 banana, and a handful of fresh berries. I’ll add chia seeds or Sunwarrior protein depending on the day’s activities 🙂

    My own virgin pina colada is my favorite combo!

    I combine vanilla protein powder, vanilla almond milk (unsweeteened), frozen mango chunks and pineapple chunks with ice and a big blob of yogurt (makes it oh so smooth) and a few drops of liquid stevia. SO DELICIOUS and so refreshing!

    Handful of raspberries, 1 banana, 1/2 mango, 1/2 cup plain yoghurt, whey protein isolate and honey to taste.
