Sun Warrior!! My protein lovahhhhh.
Iโve been out for about two weeks and let me tell ya, it was a loooooong two weeks ๐
I may have ripped open the package, danced around in happiness and enveloped my pack of protein in a sweet embrace.
Hahah.

This morningโs bfast was a twist on the old fave.
Bfast cookie dough cereal!
I made a bfast cookie, sans the smashed banana, and added extra milk, goji berries and 1/2 sliced banana. It was like eating cookie dough cereal! Loved the crunch from the cacao nibs and goji berries, too.
Bootcamp was pretty fun today- lots of arm work, cardio blasts and running.
Snack:
Fruit and peppermint tea
Millet + AB and apricot preserves
The plan for the day:
-Work on an article and newsletter thingamabob
-Petsmart (for a backseat hammock so Viesertonโs fur doesnโt get everywhereโฆ she hasnโt been in the new car yet)
-Making pizza (my first brush with EGG PIZZAโBBQ chicken pizza for the pilot)
-TurboFire
-Back to work!

I’m a protein powder virgin. Per your glowing reviews, I tried Vanilla Sun Warrior for the first time and sadly, it was not yummy. I just added one scoop to a vanilla soy milk and frozen banana & strawberry smoothie. All I could taste was chalkiness. Is it something I just need to get used to? Or do I need to add more goodness to my smoothie? Any tips are much appreciated…I’ve got 2 lbs to use! ๐
i’d add more goodness to the smoothie- how much milk did you use??
try 1 scoop sun warrior, 1.5 C milk, 1 frozen banana, pinch sea salt, 1/2 t vanilla, 1/4 t cinnamon, a little stevia or sweetener, 1/2 C frozen strawberries and 1 T nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
I’ve only been using a cup of milk. Thanks! I’ll give it another try with more stuff!

One of the blogs I read had a pineapple and black olive pizza. I was like “huh?” and then I had it and I was like =D It’s delicious.
