Hellooooo! Happy Friday! New post up on the Family page. Hope your day is off to a great start. I’m so glad the weekend is here! It feels like this week went by quickly, which is totally ok with me. 😉 Any fun plans this weekend? We’re getting together with friends for a family dinner tonight and swimming, BBQing tomorrow, and going to make a stop at the beach. We realized that we’ve hardly been this year, and definitely want to live it up for the next couple of months.

I don’t know what it’s called but it’s almond milk, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon. I added kale and strawberries to it, and it was like a green PBJ smoothie.

These snack packs from Justin’s! They have them at Target, and we took a bunch with us on our Tucson trip. This was the last one, and I’m glad I snapped a quick photo before it was quickly hijacked. I asked Liv to share and she gave me 3 sad pretzels haha.

    I’m in my first trimester so current snacks are carbs carbs and more carbs! Pretzels, Kashi Autumn Harvest, and Peanut Butter Puffins in particular.

    Oh my goodness, how did I not know these snack packs existed? One of my favorite snacks is actually a packet of Justin’s vanilla almond butter with an apple or banana. NOMZ!

    I saw those at Target last weekend! Favorite snack these days is some Greek yogurt with PB2 mixed in. Delicious!

    Oh man! that pizza and that smoothie, I want that :). You look so great, and Liv is too cute.

    The Signs Your Workouts Are too Intense, so true! I failed to hydrate ( I dehydrate super easily for some weird medical reasons) properly before a class a few weeks ago, and man I got so woozy. The instructor was awesome, and checked on me when I sat on the floor. Hydration sure is no joke!

    Stoked for the weekend. I live across Puget Sound from Seattle and we FINALLY have rain after a very dry and hot (for this area, not in general) summer. Looking forward to spending hours at the tool bench and in the kitchen working on my aromatherapy pods and seeds to get up online for sale, reading, and fun time with my boys.

    Have you ever done a focus on: post on 21 day fix? I’m doing it now after failing at a million other things and hear tons of success stories but am a bit skeptical.

    Right now I’m loving coconut greek yogurt with fresh berries from the farmer’s market! I’d love to try those Justin’s snacks, I can’t find Justin’s stuff in Canada, aside from the occasional peanut butter cup at Starbucks.

    I am absolutely loving the summer weather we are having here, it doesn’t last long in our area so I have to enjoy the heat while its here! Fresh summer fruit is my go to snack these days, but anything peanut/almond butter related is ALWAYS a win in my books!

    Something I’m currently loving is avocado & chicken salad sandwiches, watermelon, garden cucumbers and honeydew. Those Justin’s nut butter + pretzel snacks look great! Perfect for on-the-go eating!

    I saw these at Target and resisted the urge! My current favorite afternoon snack is half a green apple, some blueberries, a bit of Bear Naked protein granola, and a blob of almond butter. So good!
