Summer Shape Up 2017: Week 4 (+ a Naturally More giveaway!)
Hey hey! Happy Sunday! Hope you’re enjoying the weekend. It’s been raining a lot here, and we’ve been chilling as a family and relaxing. I hope that you’ve had a fun weekend with fitness events, productivity and time to hang out.
It’s hard to believe that we’re heading into the final week of Summer Shape Up! I’m so pumped to hear that you’ve enjoyed the challenge, and so many of you have already said you feel stronger and more energized since we started 3 weeks ago.
Here are some meal ideas for this week if you’re taking some time to plan and prep today:

My fitness goal for the week is to go to yoga tomorrow night (there’s free outdoor yoga down the street from my office every Tuesday evening, right by Lake Erie – it’s amazing) and to sign up for Physique 57 streaming service (and then do some of those videos!). I really loved your barre bootcamp – and can’t wait for the one in the fall! – and have been thinking about what else I can do in the meantime to get in more at-home workouts.

My goal is to weight lift 3 days this week and get one to two days of cardio and hopefully a nice hike on Sunday
My fitness goal for the week is to begin a more structured strength plan.
My goal is to integrate a couple days of heavy lifting in addition to my three tabata classes this week!

My goals are simple this week- just walk once a day. Maybe squeeze in a run or two. Sadly the hubby hurt his neck and can’t watch the baby as much, which means less workout time for me
Continue to have zero sugar and get to the gym 4 days this week and run 2 mornings!!!! Would love to try this but butter!

My goal is to take my workout outside at least 3 times this week with hopefully an ocean swim thrown in!
My goal this week is to make it to 4 classes because I leave Friday from work for a week-long vacation so this week is that pre-vacay frenzy!
My bonus comment is the bonus yoga class I took on Friday. The instructor brought a bottle of wine! And poured a plastic cup of wine to anyone who wanted it during class! This wasn’t post-class drinks, but “sip water or wine if you need it” during the 75-min vinyasa class.

It was the instructor’s first time ever doing the wine class but she thinks it may become routine after the awesome feedback! (She’s super sweet like that — she brought roses for moms on mother’s day and mini cupcakes for everyone on father’s day) Studio is in Boca Raton, FL.

since the hubby is away my fitness goal for the week is to find alternatives to running for cardio… like brisk walks with baby in the ergo, toddler in the stroller and my oldest son on the bike! And probably a hiit in the evening I guess. ha! 😉

I’m away on rotation (I’m in dental school) – so my goal for the week is to get in some type of movement everyday! Yesterday I went for a run with colleagues and yoga in my hotel room!
