    my favorite item in my house is a library desk i inherited from my grandma… it was a contended-for item and i am so blessed that i can cherish it! I LOVE HOME GOODS!

    My bed! It’s nothing fancy, but definitely the comfiest!! I am reminded of this every time I travel and sleep in a different bed.

    my newly decorated bedroom—I came home on my birthday and my fiance and sister who was visited from the east coast, cleaned and reorganized the whole room, furniture and all–it was heaven!

    My mom and I are suckers for antiques, and our house is full of old things that have been passed on through our family or that we’ve picked up at antique shops!

    I actually have plans to go to Home Goods later, so this is a well-timed giveaway. 🙂 Something I love in my home is this super soft, fluffy blanket that my boyfriend’s gma gave me. Nothing better than wrapping myself up in that thing on a cold day.

    My favorite thing in my house is my sewing mechine. I love how I can make things to my exact liking. I can just whip something up quickly! I made a dress this afternoon in only an hour! I love my sewing mechine so much!

    I absolutely love our couch, a sectional from Pottery Barn. It took me over a year to pick out, but it was worth the wait.

    My favorite thing is my dresser. It’s traveled with me cross country and movers hate it because it is ridiculously heavy and big, but I love it!

    Our 1930’s house has all original wood flooring. Even though it’s creaky, it is in good condition and adds a lot of character to the house.

    i have a burlap zebra rug in my bedroom at my parents’ house that adds just the right amount of spunk to the room. the walls are a granny apple green and there are accents of orange, along with black & white pillows and curtains. i love mixing patterns and furniture pieces!

    I love the side table and sofa table in my living room. I bought them when I lived in my apartment and they fit our style perfectly. Of course, now that we have moved and have more space, I’d love to buy another side table, but I can’t find a matching one to save my life!

    we had a jute rug that I LOVED but in the process of training our pup, it suffered the brunt of a sudden chew fit! BUT it happens to me that my favorite jute rug was replaced by almost exactly the same jute rug, from home goods!! it was a third of the price I paid at world market AND a foot bigger.

    I LOVE my body pillow. It is so comfortable to snuggle up to at night. My husband Even knows not to mess with the “cuddle blocker” as he calls it. Home goods is quite possibly the best store ever, so many unique finds, and inventory changes so often! Love it!

    My favorite thing in my house is our piano. Even though it doesn’t get played very often, every time I look at it I am reminded of my great grandma (it’s original owner). 🙂
