Special thanks to Danny for shooting the Workout #4 pics!

Thank you so much to our generous Winter Shape Up sponsors:
Wild Blueberries / Cabot / Sabra / Sizzlefish / About Time / Fitfluential
The winner of the Week 2 Wild Blueberries giveaway is: Amber S.
(The lucky lady has been emailed!)
This week’s featured sponsor is Sizzlefish, proportioned fish from sustainable sources. I’m a huge fan of the company and love the convenience; it’s perfect for quick, easy and healthy dinners. The fish is flash frozen, and arrives packed in dry ice. You just thaw when you’re ready to use, cook and enjoy! They also have a fantastic Paleo collection in addition to the gorgeous (and delicious!) seafood options.
Two lucky winners will receive the Wild Ocean Blend, which is valued at $84.95 and includes:
4 portions of Sockeye Salmon
2 portions of Coho Salmon
2 portions of Sablefish
4 portions of Atlantic Cod
2 portions of Haddock
To enter, just leave a comment below each time you complete a Week 3 workout (so you have 7 total chances to enter!).
Sending you lots of healthy wishes for an awesome Week 3!
xoxo

Sunday was rest day – did some walking and foam rolling (very much needed!)
25 minute walk and yoga workout today.
Had a rest day yesterday–celebrating a couple birthdays 🙂
Rest day yesterday (Sunday)
Switched up the order a bit, and did 30min steady state cardio today!
I did workout #3 this morning and hopefully #6 tonight!!!!
Rest day on Sunday with lots of walking around the city–hit my 10,000 steps at least!
I completed 30 min of steady cardio today — no time for the gym so I did another Zumba video on YouTube. I can’t get over how much fun it is!
I took a rest day today…I’m all achy and sore from last week!
Just did #6 on my lunch break and easily ran a little over a mile which is huge for me! I definitely needed that after feeling discourthis morning for eating poorly over the weekend, but now I’m back in the game:) I will do #3 tonight
Completed workout 3 and a shortened version of workout 6!
Took a nice long walk outside yesterday…it was a rest day and I wanted extra time outside. 🙂
Going to switch around the schedule this week due to a late night at work tonight. Swapping my off day on Wednesday for today and moving the workouts by a day! Rest day and a yoga session at home tonight.
Did workout #6 (abbreviated to 12 min due to lack of time) and workout #3!
Ooooo, that giveaway winner announcement was a tease… must be another Amber S. out there 😉
I just finished workout #6 and #3! I really loved #6-it made the treadmill so much more enjoyable for me! I even wrote down my speeds so I can check my progress in the future!
Ran 4.5 miles yesterday in the gorgeous California winter weather!
Workout 6 and 3 done! Feeling it!
Yesterday was a well deserved rest day!
LOVE workout #3! Definitely going to be sore tomorrow!
7 miles of steady states today and the arm shredder from last week! Felt the burn, so good!
Workout #6 = sweat fest! The barre video was awesome and so easy to do at home. Thanks Gina!
Took the day off yesterday, but took a half-hour leisurely walk.
Tempo work was a new one for me. Saving barre for tomorrow with steady state.
Happy Monday lovelies. I ended up doing workout #6 and expanding it to 30 minutes. I wish I had time for both this morning, but you just gotta work with the time you have!
Took yesterday off except for a beautiful walk in the mountains!
Just did Workout #2. Awesome lower body work. I loved it (and needed it!).
Yesterday I did workouts 6 & 3.
I completed Workout 6 earlier. Now I am going to do Workout 3
Today I did WO #3 and #6. It was intense!
I did workout #6 at the gym on the treadmill then came home and lit a candle to do workout #3 in my basement. Your treadmill workouts that incorporate inclines, tempo runs, and sprints motivate me so much. I HATE running but the variation helps keep it interesting!
Monday runday for me! Your Sedona trip looks glorious!
ran outside before workout #3 b/c the gym was closed for snow! But still did it 🙂
Tried out workout #4 tonight! I only did it 2x through but whatever, it’s getting late, and I’m having a weight room date with my legs on Wednesday. 🙂 Great workout though! Sooo grateful to go a couple days without jumping lunges. 😉
Tonight was Bootcamp. I swear, kicks my butt every time!
Lots of yoga tonight!
Sunday and Monday were rest days for me. I’ve been getting over being sick, but am jumping right in tomorrow!
Today was a Pilates day for me!
Went for a nice hike yesterday with my hubs and my pup. So nice to get outside and get some fresh air!
I’ve been wearing a pedometer and getting my 10,000 steps in. I’m nursing a leg injury, so I’m trying not to aggravate it by doing anything of high intensity.
Sunday was a rest day!
Checking in for Monday. 1 hour of hot power yoga. So good.
Checking in for Tuesday! Half hour HIIT today!
Just finished a 4.25 treadmill run for today!
Checking in for Monday. I wanted a bit of oomph in my workout yesterday, so I did WO#4. It’s a good one. Tabletop toe touches are my biggest challenge.
Easy steady state for me this a.m. 🙂
Today is a rest day!
Did an hour zumba class last night. Looking forward to workout 6 and 3 tonight. I’ll have to split them up, doing one early in the evening and one later in the evening when my kids are bed.
Did a 26 minute HIIT workout and workout #3 this morning! My legs still shake so much! Love that long Barre video.
Went for a run yesterday and my miles are getting much faster! Super happy!
