Winter Shape Up 2015: Week 3
Hi friends! Welcome to Week 3 of Winter Shape Up! Anne and I are absolutely loving all of your amazing check-ins from the first two weeks; keep up the hard work and that incredible intensity! I’m so happy that you’re enjoying the workouts and videos so far, too. <3

yesterday’s today, sweaty mess!
Workout #2 + Workout #3 + 5 minute cool-down this a.m. Burned 400 calories! 🙂
I overdid it a bit yesterday with workout #4, workout #6, one hour hike through snow with the pup and an hour of yoga. This morning I completed workout #3 and I will do a 45 minute bosu ball workout at lunch for my steady state. Then some shoveling planned for late this afternoon once the snow arrives and a short walk with the pup.
Workout 6 and 3 went down last night!!!!
Loved workout 6! Quick but challenging and got a good sweat. Barre has left me sore today and I’m wondering how I could ever do a complete class!
Today was 35 minutes of upper body strength with a mix of cardio!!!
Did steady state- an awesome 5K with an old friend- on Sunday.
Monday was my “rest” day (11161 steps at work!) and today I’m planning to do Workouts 6 and 3. 🙂
Ran 3 miles and did some quick abs and push ups!
30 min vinyasa flow for steady state today after sore legs from yesterday’s workout 6 and 50 min of barre!
Steady state on the elliptical with my kindle followed by a little time on the rowing machine this morning 🙂
Did steady state on the elliptical and treadmill. I’m definitely do more cardio with the shape-up!

30 minutes steady state on the treadmill during lunch done! Kept it lower intensity because I also have a 30 minute bootcamp tonight!
monday was my rest day – ran 11 on sunday morning

Hi! Thank goodness for the FB group because I was feeling down in the dumps and skipped my workout yesterday, but got them to motivate me today and I did Zumba +workout 3. Feel great!
I got in my steady state on the elliptical today. I love steady state days because I can easily maintain my heart rate while reading the magazines that I would otherwise never have time for!

Yesterday was my rest day, so I did Workout 6 on the treadmill after work followed by Workout 3 at home!
Today I did my steady state cardio – 4+ miles of running! Then I did a little strength and stretching. 🙂
I didn’t have time for a full 30 mins of steady state today, but I did do a speedy 2.25 miles on the treadmill to step it up!
Rest day for me today!
Needed some relaxation today so opted for hot yoga. Steady state run tomorrow because it’s supposed to be sunny and reach 50!

Workout # 6 done! It was great!! Ended up no being able to do the barre workout. Just ran out of time this evening.

Today I made it to another ViPR class! Second time ever, but I enjoyed this is a different type of workout!
I did a 3.5 mile run today and some elliptical!
One mile quick run with the dog this morning in the rain and an hour long vinyasa yoga class this evening. Feeling good!
I did about 30min of Pilates today, but mostly took it easy to focus on school work. Tomorrow will be back at it!

I rocked 30 minutes on the bike trainer to old episodes of Sons of Anarchy. 7 a.m. Is never to early for cardio or eyecandy. 😉
monday i did the barre workout along with a 45 minute walk with the dog. also another 30 minutes monday night. she’s a dog thtat needs lots of walking!
