Winter Shape Up 2015: Week 4
Is it really the last week of Winter Shape Up? I canโt even believe it; itโs gone by wayyy too quickly! Thank you again to all of you for making this such a fun challenge, and for cheering each other along the way. We still have 6 days to crush it! Letโs finish with the same intensity that we started with. Even if you didnโt follow the plan, maybe try one of this weekโs workouts to see how you like it, and maybe youโll be able to join in the fun for summer. If youโre sad to see it come to an end, remember that you can repeat the program to make it an 8-week plan.

Yesterday ended up NOT being a rest day so today=rest day!
Turns out race training starts this week, not next week like I thought. That means today was a two mile run. I’m going to try and do WSU workouts on cross training days, but we’ll have to see how I’m feeling because they usually kick my butt.
Running today before bad weather sets in, ready for workout 4 tomorrow morning!!!!
Today is a rest day after my 15 mile run yesterday!
Yesterday ran a 5K and did the arm shredder workout!
I just got back from a 4 mile walk on the treadmill.
Rest day Sunday…and a 2 mile frigid hike through the snow. I lost feeling in my toes about 5 minutes in so went with the short route. Brrr
Guilted myself into getting up and moving this morning to complete Workout #4 x 3 rounds. So glad for the Facebook group which is keeping me accountable.

Five mile run this morning in 12 degree weather. No wind, though, so it actually wasn’t horrible. It’s all relative.
Today will be an active rest day with some deep stretch yoga!

I just did workout 4 2x. Eventually I’ll get to 3x, but I can’t quite hack it! I have the day off for Presidents’ Day so I just loved getting in a morning workout!

Today’s workout was a 30 minute Stairclimber and 1 hour treadmill interval power walking workout. It was a cardio day obviously. ๐

yesterday was not a rest day, shoveld the additional 2ft of snow that fell in my area up and onto the already 5ft high piles, my arms back and legs are dead. Today workout 4! ugg my poor poor legs!
Did a barre3 video and will go for a walk later.

i did an hour long bodycombat class this morning. just the cardio workout i was looking for!
Today I did upper body and abs…I hurt my hip but am still trying to be active!
i had to be up early for lab, so I got in a morning run (never happens)! My first 6-miler in a while! ๐
