    Thank you, Gina! I loved the workout! I did the barre followed by the upper body workout and it felt great. My muscles were burning and my legs were shaking!

      I did this during nap time on the deck in the sun! It was a great workout…my legs are already feeling it this is going to stay in the rotation for sure. I can’t wait to see what the sprint workout is for the SSU!

    Any chance you will have a cardio workout with a video? I loved the pure cardio video from the summer shape up several years ago

    Did this workout this morning and it was awesome!! Those floor exercises at the end man..my booty was BURNING! I finished with a short barre arm workout as well and felt great. Love all the workouts from this shape up so far! Thank you again for putting it all together for us!!!
