Hi friends! Welcome to Week 3 of Winter Shape Up! Anne and I are absolutely loving all of your amazing check-ins from the first two weeks; keep up the hard work and that incredible intensity! I’m so happy that you’re enjoying the workouts and videos so far, too. <3

I did tomorrow’s workout today, since tomorrow is yoga. It started out a little slow again because of a sudden overnight shift, but by the last round I was able to get in 20 burpees in 45 seconds!
Completed today’s workouts!
Steady state done yesterday–lots of walking!
Workout 3 done! yay! Better day today with the little guy.
I went for a long peaceful walk.
Took the dog for a walk and core day at boot camp this morning!

50 min of steady state today in the form of Cardio X! Actually looking forward to doing #2 and #3 tomorrow. I have never been a “barre” kinda girl but loving that video!

5mi for steady state today! + a (semi-weird) water exercise class that I decided to be brave and try at my gym…won’t be returning to that ha!
I did 4 round of WO 4 and 30 minutes of steady state cardio today!
l did workout#3 today with some intervals on the treadmill.
I did steady state workout today since I couldn’t do it yesterday and added some interval training with weights after!
I did workout #4 this morning! Fun mix of cardio and strength.
Enjoyed 30 minutes of zumba last night and a good long while doing legs in the weight room today!
I had to adjust my schedule this week due to travel, but completed a 30-minute HIIT workout today.
I had the worlds longest day at work, and I didn’t want to go to my gym class tonight, but I did and I can’ t wait for a rest day tomorrow!

Today was my rest day. I got in my daily 1 mile minimum for my run streak with the dog and a nice long walk at lunch time in the sunshine.
30 minute run on the treadmill as my steady state today. I have to admit barre isn’t my favorite BUT I feel it in my legs today and it feels awesome 🙂
Rest day today so I just went for a couple of walks to break up my day at work.

It burns so good! I’m loving barre and HIIT! I’ve never seen results this fast.

This morning I went to my 5:30 spin class! It was early and brutal, but I was so sleepy that I kind of felt like I dreamed it… except my legs are jello. 😉

I did a combination of tempo and hill on the treadmill running this am for a total of 32 minutes!
Active rest day, did the elliptical on a low level for 50 minutes… just trying to stretch sore muscles and hit 10,000 steps on my FitBit today!
